I. Terminals and Bushing

1.1 Bolts are completely retightened.

II. Tanks, Radiators and Cabinet Covers

2.4 No traces of flashovers.
2.5 No damage on paint due to scratch and rust.
2.6 No traces of water penetration inside the cubicle or terminal cabinets.
2.7 No damage and oil leakage in sampling valve.
2.8 Transformer unit is properly anchored.
2.9 Cooling fans are completely working.
2.10 No damage, deformation and oil leak in the parts of conservator.

III. Gauges

3.1 Oil, temperature, pressure gauges are properly cleaned.


3.2 All readings and indications are clear and readable.
3.3 No traces of oil leakage.
3.4 Temperature and oil gauges readings are in normal condition.
3.5 Pressure gauge is pointed at 0 psi or kPa.
3.6 Pressure relief valve is working properly.
3.7 Buchholz relay are properly mounted and at working condition.

IV. Other Accessories and Parts

4.1 No damage on the breather.


4.2 Dessicant ( silica gel) is not moisturized.
4.3 Bay-o-net fuses are properly installed.
4.4 No traces of oil leak in the bay-o-net mounting portion.
4.5 No traces of oil leak in the tap changer.
4.6 No damage, chips and cracks in the tap changer
4.7 Tap position numbers ( indication) is clear and readable.
