    NUTRITIONAL STATUS

    Patient claims to have insufficient interest in food. Patient verbalized Satiety upon ingesting food.
    Decreased subcutaneous fat and muscle mass upon assessment. Noticeable weight loss noted.

    Patient is malnourished in appearance with Imbalanced nutrition less than body requirements as
    evidenced by abnormal nutritional status and Body composition as follows: BMI of 18 kg/m 2, Mid-Arm
    circumference (MAC) of 23.3 cm, Triceps Skin Fold (TSF) is 13.2 mm, Mid-Arm Muscle Circumference
    (MAMC) of 21.53 cm which is below the standard value for her age and sex. Height is 5 feet 2 inches;
    Weight is 44 kilograms and has a BMI of 17.74 or 18 kg/m 2 which is slightly above the normal range for
    her age and sex.
