SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ANDREW F. MEDINA, of legal age, Filipino, with residence and


postal address at #75 Mango St., San Antonio, Las Pinas City,
constituted and appointed and does by these presents make,
constitute and appoint, MA. NITA SABEL, of legal age, Filipino, with
residence and postal address at Lot 5 Block 7 Madrigal Avenue,
Magtambay Subdivision, Las Piñas City, to be the true and lawful
attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, and for my
own use and benefit, to do and perform all or any of the following acts
and things, namely:

1. To represent me in, among others, transacting, dealing,


negotiating, demanding payment and informing the tenant to
leave the premises for the property #69 Hobart St., ABC
Homes, Las Piñas City.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full


power and authority to do and perform all and every act and thing
whatsoever requisite, and necessary or proper to be done, in about
the premises, hereby ratifying and confirming all that said attorney-in-
fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
