    SUBJECT: DEMAND LETTER

    Maam:

    I am writing to you in behalf of my client KATRINA DIMAPORO to recover the


    amount of FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 400,000.00) corresponding
    to your outstanding obligation as Buyer in a Contract of Sale with Ms. Dimaporo as
    Seller. Said contract pertains to the sale of one thousand (1,000) boxes of surgical face
    mask worth Six Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php 650) per box which were already delivered to
    you. Due date for your payment of the consideration agreed upon was on May 28,
    2020.

    However, despite several demands by my client, you have failed to pay your
    obligation as Buyer. Contrary to your previous assurance of a ready buyer, you insisted
    on returning the items already delivered to you to escape your obligation to pay your
    balance.

    It is then demanded from you to immediately pay Ms. Dimpaoro in full plus the
    expenses incurred to collect. You are given until June 26, 2020 to pay your liability to
    my client. Otherwise, she may be constrained to file the necessary civil case for Sum of
    Money with claims for Damages and/or probable a criminal case for Estafa and/or
    Qualified Theft.

    This shall serve as FINAL DEMAND. If no compliance within the period given then
    my clients will not hesitate to file the necessary action(s) to protect his rights and
    enforce their interests. Please abide accordingly to avoid the costs and inconvenience of
    litigation.
