1. Think of the community that you wish /want to live in.

2. Draw it in one (1) whole bond paper. Make your drawing colorful.
3. Write your reflection below your drawing.

To live in a community that has peace and harmony. The sound of

droplets of water makes me feel comfortable and secure. It is a dream of mine
to live next to the waterfalls. The sky is clear, as is the water flowing from the
falls. It makes me feel enthusiastic about fishing. For me, there is just a relaxing
and soothing thing about it. I want to live and enjoy the beautiful views in a
quieter location. It can also help bring things into perspective when you take in
the vastness of the water before you. Minor things can seem insignificant when
you amaze the waves to come.

Activity 2: FILIPINO, WHO ARE WE?

1. List down three (3) Filipino traits / behaviors that you practice at home.
2. Write a brief explanation below each trait. (5pts)

1. RELIGIOUS PERSON

We are quite religious at home because, towards our God, we have a strong faith.
By showing our gratitude and praying for the safety of our families, we often go to
church. Moreover, we should not forget God commandments. Whatever our religion is,
we remain faithful we will never lose hope for a better tomorrow. Being a religious
person keeps us kind, positive, and determined to achieve our goals, no matter how
impossible they are.

2. POLITENESS

We have always taught us to be polite when we talk to our elders. Still use the
terms "po" and "opo" to show respect for someone older or higher than them. We also
make the "mano po" gesture, it is putting the back of the hand of an elder to one's
forehead as a sign of respect. These are one of the Filipino traits that we have been
familiar with.

3. HOSPITABLE

When we have a visitor or a guest, we are usually friendly and welcoming to our
guests. We serve them a snack or drinks. We give them a comfortable place to discuss
whatever their reason to visit us. We do this a lot for our guests. The Filipino are well-
known for their hospitality to give a warm feeling of welcome coming to every guest who
would visit their house.
What I Can Do
Activity 3: THE BETTER VERSION OF ME (10pts)
Due to this pandemic, we got a chance to have a vacation longer not in our dreamed
destination, but at home. Sometimes we say, we are already bored doing our daily routine at home.
What did you do to kill your boredom? For sure, you keep on thinking happy moments and perhaps
doing things that are enjoyable, right? We have personal realizations and reflections of ourselves, too.
With this, list down three (3) positive changes that happened in your life brought about this situation.

THE BETTER VERSION OF ME

1. A pandemic that has taught me how to look after myself.

For both my physical and mental wellbeing, doing exercise is helpful. Various
types of workouts can be performed from home, thanks to social media sites. Take a
break from the worries and the pressures that I have to deal with all day long.
Meditation, journaling, making art, and pursuing hobbies are the things I can do to
practice self-care. And at this point of the pandemic, you can maintain a healthy
lifestyle.

2. A pandemic that taught me how to be grateful for everything.

During this entire span of the pandemic, I am grateful. For the opportunity to
entertain me, whether with books, series, posts, or free online courses. I'm really happy
that I don't need someone beside my family to be all right. I'm happy with my family,
I'm safe and I'm here. At the end of the day, nothing else matters, except how much you
want to embrace what is and seek light, to seek happiness.

3. A pandemic that taught me to learn something new every day.

It may be a list of activities, a new vocabulary, skill or understanding. Every

single day, I push myself to develop. Learning new stuff is fun to do. Cultivating a love
of learning allows you to enjoy it, so change and exploration can make you more open
and enthusiastic. It improves my attitude at a task and, in turn, my career will benefit.
