    AMENDMENT TO THE SCHEDULE OF THE ACT

    In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Tamil Nadu Private Universities Act, 2019
    (Tamil Nadu Act No. 14 of 2019), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to
    the Schedule of the Act:-
    T A .

    In the said Act, in THE SCHEDULE, in tabular columns (1) (2) (3) and (4), the following entries shall
    respectively be inserted, namely :-

    “1. Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan University, Tvl. Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Registered as a Trust vide
    NH 45, Trichy Chennai Trunk Charitable and Educational No. 3 of 1994 of Book 4, Volume
    Road, (Near Samayapuram Toll Trust, 274/C, Thuraiyur Road, 38, Pages 111-118 on 21-01-1994
    Plaza), Samayapuram Post, Perambalur – 621 212 in the office of the Sub-Registrar of
    Mannachanallur Taluk, Trichy Perambalur, Tamil Nadu.”
