Hi Pak Ifdhal,
I have presented the a ached schedule to PTSI and BP in Gangway Tower Progress Mee ng today. They basically have no specific comments related to comple on
date. What they concerning about was slippage, another delay is not acceptable.
Based on the analysis among the team in order to achieve the goal considering current condi ons, the following points shall be strictly controlled and monitored:
1. ETA Tubing & Fi ngs for replacement in Surabaya (ETA: 22-Feb-21)
2. Assembly drawing from Piet (It should be received before 17-Feb-21)
3. Availability of qualified personnel for assembly including number of personnel
4. Li ing and erec on resources readiness (End of February should already be available including Crane, Li ing Gears, and Li ing Team)
5. Availability of Buitendijk’s Personnel before internal check and trial of MGT#1 (Before 19-Mar-21)
Pak Ari,
As discussed offline this revised schedule is considered driven by manpower arrangement as below:
Electrical:
1. 4 Pax (Explosion Proof Experience)
2. 2 Pax (Skilled Non-Explosion Proof)
3. 2 Pax (Semi-skilled)
Mechanical/Hydraulic:
1. 3 Pax (Swagelok qualified, training confirmed on 15-16 Feb 21)
2. 3 Pax (Skilled Non-Swagelok Trained)
3. 2 Pax (Semi-skilled)
We need to make sure they are available on me.
Best Regards,
All,
