The Philippine justice system plagued with corruption and illegal doings, I'm not saying that anyone in the justice system is on the taking, but if you happen to need the justice system's help, it is highly likely that you will find individuals who will violate justice for you or against you, in return for a money, of course, People who have connections and resources can manipulate people in the justice system to escape prison .Many have criticized DECADES for how our justice system operates slowly and inefficiently.Given the directive of our Constitution that every defendant has the right not only to a fast trial, but also to a fast judgment or resolution of their cases, it is unfortunately already taken as a fact of life that the wheels of justice in our country are spinning at the rate of a snail and slow this is based on my experience. Under our justice system, rich and influential people always have the upperhand against the poor party. In the Philippines, the JUSTICE system is inconsistent. It not good and not idealistic in some ways, Either way, The voice of the Filipino people on the justice system seems unified in the Philippines, whoever the commentator is. Implementation, corruption and miscarriage of justice are the issues widely found and frequently result in the victimization of the poor. Adults who view the justice system from all perspectives are all asking for change - whether victim, perpetrator, decision maker, staff.These groups are joined by their common goals, despite their different perspectives. We want a society in which there is less crime, no Victims, less suspects and less problem, Where Philippines, has protection and freedom and our rights are given,This raises the topic of what the future holds for justice in the Philippines. Crime is currently regarded by the system as a violation of state legislation. It considers only the law violated rather than the person affected in the detection of and response to crime. For me the way to fix our “injustice system” is to help each other.
