KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Provide support in the management of project budget and cost control functions including budgeting, scheduling, change
management, estimating, tracking progress, forecasting, and earned value management
● Produce planning and cost deliverables in accordance with the project timetable from engineering, procurement, fabrication,
construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning data.
● Propose mitigation solutions based on “what if” scenarios run in Primavera Project Planning software.
● Interface with the project management team and all key stakeholders.
● Prepare project advice for any site progress / planning concern that may impact site progress.
● Overseeing the preparation of risk assessments and mitigation plans.
● Reviewing contract documents, suggesting changes for planning and programming aspects and the addition of new clauses if
necessary.
● Manage the design, procurement, and construction progress for compliance with contract requirements.
● Arrange and manage planning workshops/meetings to discuss and assist contractors / consultants to close their planning /
project control issues.
● Provide support to track project progress and perform analysis of bottlenecks, trends, and critical path
● Manage the weekly and monthly progress report protocols / templates for progress reporting and monitoring progress against it
● Manage the preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports/presentations for the client.
● Establishment of earned value management guidance and tools for project performance monitoring and reporting,
● Provides guidance and consultation for project managers/project directors.
● Designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the organization, which includes an analysis of the financial
impact on the company when risks occur.

budget and ensure that the project is completed within the approved budget, also define cost benchmarking
(Target/Actual/Forecast at Completion/Trend to Go/Trend to date/Committed/CTC) such as estimation sheet, markup sheet and
cost control sheet.
