    of Rights under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act,
    2020 (Telangana Act No.9 of 2020) – Notification - Orders - Issued.

    Read the following:

    1. The Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020
    (Telangana Act No.9 of 2020) published in part IV-B extraordinary
    issue of the Telangana Gazette, dated 19th September, 2020.
    2. G.O.Ms.No.116, Revenue (Assn.I) Department, dt:28.10.2020.

    ORDER :
    The Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020
    (Telangana Act No.9 of 2020) has been published in the Telangana Gazette
    first read above. The said Act come into force with effect from 29.10.2020
    vide notification issued in the G.O. second read above.

    2. The following Notification will be published in an Extraordinary Issue of


    the Telangana Gazette, dated 29.10.2020.

    NOTIFICATION
    In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Telangana Rights
    in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020 (Telangana Act No.9 of 2020), the
    Government of Telangana hereby create the digital platform for the purpose of
    Record of Rights i.e. DHARANI (dharani.telangana.gov.in) under the said Act
    and issue the following guidelines / instructions, in connection with the said
    website:-

    (1) For making applications under sections 5, 6, and 7 of the Telangana


    Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020;

    (2) The formats for Record of Rights, Pattadar Pass Book cum Title Deed
    and the log books required to be maintained under the Act;

    (3) The particulars of information to be furnished at the time of


    application;

    (4) The process / procedure and the competent authority for effecting
    changes in the Record of Rights shall be as per the workflow
    prescribed in the Dharani website;

    (5) The specimen forms of undertaking to be filled by the transferor and


    the transferee in case of Sale/ Gift/ Mortgage/ Exchange and Joint
    Agreement to be furnished by successors in case of rights acquired
    through succession and by all family members entitled for share in
    case of division of property;

    (6) The mutation charges payable are Rs.2,500/-(Rupees Two Thousand


    Five Hundred only) per acre (the extent to be taken into
    consideration for assessment of mutation charges is next whole
    number of acres, in case the extent is not in whole number of acres);
    and

    (7) In case the Pattadar is not in possession of Pattadar Pass Book
    earlier, a sum of Rs.300/- (Rupees Three Hundred only) shall be
    collected towards the cost of Pattadar Pass Book cum Title Deed
    (PPB) and courier charges.
