    9. SBC CONSIDERED FOR THE FOUNDATION DESIGN IS


    200KN/M2. (AFTER SOIL IMPROVEMENT).

    10. THE FOUNDATION HAS BEEN DESIGNED FOR


    GROUND +4 FLOORS + TERRACE+OHT ONLY.

    11. SETTLEMENT CONSIDERED FOR THE FOUNDATION DESIGN


    IS 25MM.

    12. THE BASE SHALL BE DENSELY COMPACTED WITH RUBBLE


    SOILING AND ALL THE VOIDS SHALL BE FILLED WITH
    MICROCONCRETE SUCH THAT 200KN/M2 SBC SHALL BE
    ACHIEVED.

    13. TEMPORARY STRUCTURE LIABILITY SHALL BE TAKEN


    CARE BY CONTRACTOR-IN-CHARGE.

    PLAN OF STAIRCASE 14. BACKFILLING SHALL BE CARRIED LAYER BY LAYER


    SUCH THAT 90% IS ACHIEVED IN PROCTOR DENSITY TEST.

    15. MINIMUM GRADE FOR CONCRETE WORKS SHALL BE M25.
