My school has many canteens. It is perhaps the most popular place in the school. It
becomes very busy during the break times very difficult to find a seat to sit on
during those times.
Our school canteens are very well equipped. One can buy almost every kind of
snack there, like, chips, sandwiches, sweet, cakes, satay, batagor, fried rice etc.
They are prepared in very hygienic surroundings by our school cook, and tables to
sit on and eat, and ovens to keep the food warm. All the students love to sit in the
canteen and discuss the events of the day. The noise level is always very high in
the canteen as everyone is shouting to make himself heard.
library
The library is one of the most important places of a school. Every good school must have a well-
stocked library, which can be used by students and teachers alike. The library of a school acts as
a storehouse of knowledge.
It consists of two large rooms on one side of school building. It has large windows and is thus
airy and well lit. There are long, gleaming tables with chairs on all sides. Chairs have also been
placed near the windows for comfortable reading.
Computer laboratory
Computer laboratory is equipped with modern desktop computers and one with laptops;
laboratories have one computer for each student. Every computer is connected to the internet.
Laboratories use, printers, scanners, web-cameras, and other technologies to support high quality
lessons.
sciences and biology laboratory

sciences and biology laboratory is a work space and area for conducting lessons. A computer and
projector are installed, the room has taps and all necessary stuff.
Laboratory has a schemas explaining biological processes, diagrams, posters, casts of human
organs. It has magnifying equipment – magnifying glasses, modern microscopes, electrical
measurements and other necessary parts for conducting experiments, which give student a
possibility to observe biological processes.
The laboratory is adjacent to a greenhouse filled with plants.
classrooms
my School classrooms are equipped for different age groups. They have comfortable desks and
chairs, whiteboards, projectors and a computer with internet connection available.
School Yard
My school is in SMP N 1 muara bungo. It is a big school. the yard is
large and clean. No wonder that my school has been awarded to be an
Adiwiyata school. I am so proud of it.
My school yard is beautiful and it looks so peaceful. Because, there are
many trees on its surrounding. The flagpole is in the center of the yard.
The janitors always keep my school clean and the students obey the rule
of the school for not throw the trash in the yard. So, the environment still
looks beautiful and peaceful.
MY HOUSE
My house is located in cengkeh 2 Street 8, Muara Bungo. There are several rooms in my house.
They are a living room, a dining room, kitchen and bathroom, three bedrooms and a warehouse.
Also we have a large front garden.
The first room is the living room. Living room is used to approve the guests who come to my
house. In which there is some furniture including sofas, desks, and framed photos on the wall
and lavender flowers on the pot. My living room is colored green and it looks so calm when you
see it for many times. I love this living room because the decoration is chosen by myself.
The second room is a family room. Family room is the most spacious room in my house. We
usually use the family room to gather while watching television. In the living room there are
television, chairs. That is a television, so when we sit together in front of it, we can see the movie
clearly. Furthermore, we usually turn the light on when we want to see a horror movie and it is
like watching in the real cinema.
We have a small kitchen, in the kitchen there are six cabinets, where we store all of our plates and
other eating utensils. In the right side there a black stove, in the corner there are 5 hangers which
hold all the pots, the frying pans, the griddles.
And then we have a large dinning room. My dining room is connected to the kitchen of my
house.
Our dining room's walls are yellow, green and orange. In the family dining room there is one
large table with 6 chairs dining table. Many food in dinning room. Like a Fruit, water, bread, etc.
There is also a bathroom near the kitchen. The floor and the walls are of black tile, which are
shiny and clean. In the bathroom there are a bath tub and closet next to it. Then place the soap
hanging on the wall next to the tub.
I have three bedrooms in my house. The first room is my sister’s room. It is close-set to the
living room. The second room is my parent’s room, and last room is mine. My parent’s room is
bigger than mine and there is a big bed. My room is located in the corner of house. My room is
completed by some furnitures and there are some big pictures on the wall.
That’s my home, quiet place that I love.
