    with PET Bottle flace manufacture.

    Usage Environment friendly technology in processing the waste
    from Industrial Polyester to be a human’s need support
    material.
    Organization Structure :
    Polyesters are made by polymerisation of Purified Terephthalic Acid
    (PTA) and Mono Ethylene Glycol (MEG). The polymer thus obtained is
    melt spun and the bundle of continuous filaments obtained by melt
    spinning is called tow. The tow is subjected to further processes like
    drawing, crimping, spin finish application and then cut into fixed
    lengths to get cut fibres almost equal in length to cotton fibres. These
    cut fibres are known as Polyester Staple Fiber (PSF).

    Polyester ( Regenerate ) Staple Fiber has produced using recycled


    material which base on polyester material such us R-chip, yarn and
    Mainly Pet Bottle Flake.
    The Regenerated Staple Fiber mainly consume for Automobile, Air and
    chemical filter, Mattrass, Furniture, Bedding Good, Padding, Geo-
    Textile, Baby diapers, etc.
    Raw Material :
    - Chip Polyester such as Full Dull Chip, Semi Dull Chip and/or
    Bright Chip
    - Polyester Popcorn
    - Polyester Lump
    - PET Bottle Flake
    - PET Pellet
    - PET Film & A-PET sheet

    Note : basicly all material PET base


    Mixing Material
    All material mixed base on standard composition for
    meet best quality of product.
    Drying Material
    The material should have dry and clean condition from
    dust and water before melting process.
