Dady : hello sweetty, i miss you so much! What are you doing now?
Daughter : hello dady, i miss you 3000! I am drawing now.
Dady : what are you drawing?
Daughter : i am drawing our family.
Dady : can i see it?

Daughter : i am so missing missed you, so i am drawing this picture. By the way, when are you
coming home? Momy is also waiting for you.
Dady : next week. I will bring a lot of toys for you and a lot of food for mommy.
Daughter : remember! Don’t buy food that countains sugar, okay!
Dady : ahh, i almost forgot it! Hmm, where is mom?
Daughter : momy is sleeping.

Nutritionist : morning! Excuse me maam.
Patient : morning.
Nutritionist : did the nurse check your blood sugar and give you insulin?
Patient : done, miss.
Nutritionist : this is your breakfast, maam.
Patient : thank you, put it on the top cabinet, please!
Nutritionist : ok maam, don’t forget to finish this food.

Patient : right doc!

Doctor : how do you feel now?
Patient : i feel today is better today than yesterday.
Doctor : did you feel something after surgery?
Patient : so far, nothing yet. But you can check it directly.
Doctor : okay, i think the swollen has deflated now. But, the wound should always be
celaned, nurse!
Nurse1 : yes doc
Doctor : ok, mrs. welly, you look better than yesterdaytoday. I hope you get better soon. See
you!
Patient : thank’s doc, see you!

Nurse2 : good morning
Patient& daughter : good morning
Nurse2 : mrs. welly

Nurse2 : how about is your condition now? How do you feel?
Patient : after surgery, the wound on my left leg still a little paintful, but doctor said
the swollen has deflated.
Nurse2 : hm ya, mrs. welly. That’s the effect of sore that you feel after surgery,

Patient : is it dangerous?

13.00pm for your sore treatment and changed bandage.
