1 - USING CONDITIONS :
= WARNING = HAZARD
PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THIS MANUAL BEFORE LIGHTING THE PRODUCT ON
- The device must be plugged on an energy supplying line of : 230V_50Hz/60Hz.
- In case you will not use the device for a long period, always unplug it.
- Always set the device in an extra height way and check that the condenser is not
blocked (when outside of the trolley).
- The device must NEVER : neither be laid down nor be tilted (max 25°) ; always check
it is straight and at a good level.
- Put the refrigerating unit in working mode only once it is properly installed and in the
recommended postion.
- The waiting time before the start-up is included between 3 et 5 min.
- The device must never be exposed to water, acids, chlorure or bleach-based

solutions.
- Food stored in the cold tank linked with the system must never be in contact with thin
air, it must be stored in containers or pouchs hermetically sealed in order to avoid any alimentary
acids attacks which can lead to severe injuries on copper-aluminium evaporator (vinaigrette,
salad…).
- Do not install the refrigerating unit in any kind of corrosive and/or explosive places.
- Before any control or electric junction operations, make sure the device is not plugged
on.
- Any operation made on the refrigerating circuit must be done by a qualified

professional (in accordance with the liquid refrigerant handling legislation.
- If performance is going down : a refrigeration mechanic must check the gas pressure.
- Never add any liquid of any sort

2 – REFRIGERATING CARTRIDGE
The refrigerating equipment is integrated and invisible. Thanks to a sheath network, it permits an
active diffusion of frigories in the hot and cold compartments and allows the temperature uphold
between 0°C and +3° before the rethermalization process.

3 - HANDLING :
In order for your device to have the best performance possible, it is recommended to proceed
handling operations on a regular-basis (except alimentary zone) and only when the trolley is totaly
empty and unplugged. Time required for operation : 20 minutes per trolley.
Condenser regular vaccum cleaning (at least twice a year, even more in case of severe
using conditions).
- Dismember the plates on the 2 ventilators and clean the blades with a dishcloth.
- Blow with compressed air from the bottom to the top in order to make the vaccum go up
from the condenser’s batteries. In the same time suck this vaccum up.

- At least once a year, clean the device with a detergent which is compatible with
the condenser, in a greasy environment.
- Use the intervention to check all the trolleys, and, if necessary, transmit us a
list of parts to be replaced (cutted seals, dammaged shelfs…).
- Cold and hygiene are the two most important elements to be checked by the
veterinary services in case of control.
The system cleaning can be done using soapy water (an abundant rinsing is required).
If you notice any rust marks (wooden crates with metallic staples in direct contact with
stainless steel in a wet environment), they can only be superficial ones because
stainless steel used is brushed F17 quality. In that case, use a Gex pad to eliminate this
surface oxydation.
