When Cows Get Up in the Morning

When cows get up in the morning,
They always say hello.
When cows get up in the morning,
They always say hello.
And what do they say? Mooooooo
And that is what they say.

(Repeat with any animals you like!)

Where Is My Friend
Where, oh where, is my friend ___?
Where, oh where, is my friend ___?
Where, oh where, is my friend ___?
Come and read with us!
Open Shut Them (Ms. Eileen Version)
(Insert child's name.)
Open, shut them,
Open, shut them,
Give a little clap, clap clap!
Open, shut them,
Open, shut them,
Put them in your lap, lap, lap!

Creep them, crawl them,

Creep them, crawl them,
Right up to your chin, chin, chin!
Open wide your little mouth,
But do not let them in, in, in!

Falling, falling, falling to the ground.

Lift them up again,
And turn them round and round!
Give a little clap,
And put them in your lap.

The Monkey
I had a little monkey,
I called him Sonny Jim,
I put him in the bathtub
To see if he could swim;

He drank up all the water,

He ate up all the soap,
He lay down on the bath mat
Blowing bubbles from his throat.

Mommy, Mommy, I feel ill,

Call the doctor down the hill.
In came the doctor, in came the nurse,
In came the lady with the alligator purse.

Measles said the doctor,

Mumps said the the nurse,
Hiccups said the lady with the alligator purse.

Out went the doctor, out went the nurse,

Out went the lady with the alligator purse!

And when he walks he goes zig-zag

Annie works with five hammers, I love Rags and he loves me.
Five hammers, five hammers.
(Head goes in up and down motion) My dog Rags he loves to play
Annie works with five hammers, He rolls around in the mud all day.
Then she goes to sleep. I whistle but he won't obey,
