1. GENERAL
This requisition defines the requirements relating to the engineering, supply, fabrication /
manufacturing, inspection & testing, delivery, installation, site inspection and testing,
pre-commissioning, commissioning, in class – in site training and performance testing of the
equipment, electrical, instrumentation and piping for PLTU HALMAHERA (2X45 MW)
2. EQUIPMENT TO BE PURCHASED
The following main equipment shall be furnished in accordance with the requirements specified in
this Requisition and the related documents described in Reference List Documents (Attachment-#2).
Note:
1. Detail equipment to be purchased shall refer to Attachment-#1 (Scope of Work and Supply) and
L-2CFS-PRO-PID-300-001 PID SERVICE AIR SYSTEM, L-2CFS-PRO-PID-300-002 PID
INSTRUMENT AIR SYSTEM, L-2CFS-PRO-PID-300-003 PID TRANSPORT AIR SYSTEM.

requisition, data sheets, specifications and the detailed Vendor’s Scope of Work and Supply
(Attachment - #1), unless otherwise specified.
The equipment Vendor shall assume responsibility for the entire units. The Vendor shall be
responsible for required engineering and coordination of the entire unit to keep consistency and
continuity of design of components, proper assembly and proper site inspection and testing. This
includes, but not limited to coordination for composite drawings, expediting Vendors, coordination
for inspection and testing of sub-ordered equipment, expediting sub-contractor, site inspection and
testing, performance testing.
Vendor shall guarantee the safe and satisfy operation and performance of the equipment specified on
Data Sheets and related Document. Vendor shall also warrant all supplied equipment.
4. REFERENCES DOCUMENTS
The document as listed on Reference List Document (Attachment-#2) shall also form as part of
requirements of this Requisition. Documents other than mentioned, but referred to in any of the
referenced documents, shall also form as part of the requirements. Vendor shall notify the purchaser
for such referenced documents.
6. CONFLICT
In the event of conflict amongst the Contract Documents, the matter in conflict shall be submitted
immediately by Vendor to ADHI KARYA for determination and such determination by ADHI
KARYA will be final.

Any exception and or deviation after contract award proposed by Vendor shall not be accepted and
consequently cost / schedule impact shall be borne by Vendor.
Note : Beside the Exception & Clarification Forms as per already explained, ADHI KARYA will
also provide Project Requirement Forms, Vendor shall declare their compliance in those Forms.

Vendor shall furnish a sufficient quantity of consumables parts & materials during testing and
commissioning. Consumables parts & materials recommended by Vendor.
The Vendor shall provide, without any additional cost, whatever consumables material are
required over & above those shown on in the list during the execution of the project.
10.2 Training
Vendor shall provide training for the Owner’s operating and maintenance personnel in the
operation and maintenance of air compressor package.
11.2 QA Audit
ADHI KARYA has right to audit Vendor’s or Vendor’s shop whenever necessary without any
additional costs, expenses and schedule.

Other than specified witness and spot witness, ADHI KARYA reserves the right to observe
each inspection and test.

Vendor shall propose Quotation with breakdown price for all equipment or item Scope of
Work and Supply.

All latest edition of Code and Standards in this section shall be applied except some equipment
specified on technical speciffication / data sheet. Vendor shall be responsible to be or to become
knowledgeable of the requirements of thees standards and codes. Any changes or alterations to
the equipment to make it meet standards and codes requirements shall be at the expense of the
vendor. Whenever equipment proposes by vendor cannot fully meet the requirements of this
specification, such exceptions must be clearly stated by vendor and approved by Owner and
Contractor.
The proposal will not be taken into consideration if this form is not completed by the Vendor.
