1. Remove the top plate, front door and 2 side panels
2. Disconnect the connector from power supply plug, loose the motor lead wire from PCB(red arrow
marked in PIC1)

3. Loose the plastic holder to pull the motor lead wire out.(see PIC2,PIC3)

4. Loose the 8pcs M6 screws (3pcs each side, 2pcs at bottom), and remove the back plate. (red arrow
marked in PIC4)

5. Loose the 2pcs M6 nuts for the leaf spring(red arrow marked in PIC5)

6. Loose the 4pcs M6 screws to remove the front bracket(red arrow marked in PIC6)

7. Loose the 8pcs M8 screws of the bearing bracket(4pcs of each side) (red arrow marked in PIC7)

8. Remove the clamping subassembly from machine.

9. Loose the 4pcs M12 screws then remove the crank shaft assembly(red arrow marked in PIC9)

10. Loose the 4pcs 3mm setting screws of the two bearings(2pcs of each)

11. Use a handle to remove the 2 bearings.

12. Loose the 4pcs 4mm setting screws (crank install to main shaft position).2pcs of each
crank, the samll shaft is unnecessary to take apart.

13. Use a hammer to knock the 2 cranks down through the main shaft

14. Loose 4pcs 3mm setting screw of inner bearings(2 screws of each)

15. Loose 2pcs 4mm setting screws of the weight
Note that length of 2 screws are different. The long one is for tighten the site with key.
And should aim at the hole of the key when install it.

16. Use the weight to knock the inner bearings out of the shaft, the same method for the
two bearings.

17. Changing a new shaft, Follow the dis‐assembly process, from last step item16 to first step
item1, install each conponent to the shaft, and then assemble the crank shaft assembly
into the whole machine.
Note:
Need put locatite 243 to setting screws of crank assmebly.
When tighten M12 screws (crank shaft assembly into end plate), must use 120NM torque.
