INTRODUCTION
Al-Amana Technology Factory is one of the most modern largest manufacturers of

electrical industries and electric panel boards in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at s econd
Industrial City, Riyadh. We were established in the year 2014, (under the Ministry of
Industry).
Al-Amana Technology Factory commitment to safety and reliability has seen it grow to
be leading supplier for both the public and the private sectors in Saudi Arabia and the
Arab Region and we are working for giving our customers the best quality products.
Al-Amana Technology Factory has many years of experience in the manufacture of

electrical panels. All panels can be designed using CAD systems and manufactured in
Electro Galvanized Steel, Stainless steel to the specific requirements of the customer.
We employ fully-trained staff such as wiremen and assemblers to ensure that our
finished products are consistent and reliable and our customers receive a high level of
service. We work according to Health and Safety compliant manufacturing and quality
systems. All finished panels are tested before dispatch.

PRODUCT RANGE STANDARDS
Al-Amana Technology Factory provides the full range of medium and low voltage
distribution panels, starting at the initial source of electricity and ending at the final
branch distribution panel, thus passing through the following phases:
1- SEC projects
- Package Substation
Package Substations are available with wide range of ratings up to 3500 KVA with
maximum system voltage of 15 KV. The Substation is assembled as an integrated unit
from sheet steel, built on heavy channel steel foundation frame to withstand the weight
of its components.
The Package Substation consists of three compartments:

1. Medium Voltage Compartment
2. Transformer Compartment
3. Low Voltage Compartment
• Our Package Substations are custom-built,
factory-assembled and
tested units.
• They are designed and manufactured as
per customer specific needs.
• They are built in accordance with the
IEC 61330 standards, Saudi Electricity
Company (SEC) specifications, BS and
other customer specifications.
• The design is provided with high level

QUALITY CONTROL
The inspection and testing of all manufactured products prior to delivery is the first and
last procedure in Al-Amana Technology Factory manufacturing process.
Starting from receiving material from supplier, and ending in the testing and
commissioning area.
Our Quality Control team, independent of the manufacturing process, ensures that the
finished product will satisfy the customer.
The quality check is applied at four levels:-

1. Visual Inspection.
2. Conformity with design.
3. Labeling and Marking/ Identification.
4. Connection inspection and tightening.
5. Functional test/ including insulation test (High Voltage).
