 Preface

Before installation and using the elevator intercom. Please read this operating manual
and hold for future reference.

Elevator intercom system will be applied to elevator emergency or overhauling ,the internal
auxiliary intercom is installed inside each of the carriage control box, the external auxiliary
intercom is installed on the carriage top and well bottom, and master intercom is in the machine
room to control the cabinet wall, monitor room, duty room, carriage top and well bottom, etc.

This intercom features low noise, little attenuation and loud sound. Furthermore, this
intercom can implement multi-party calling.
Operation

If carriage auxiliary intercom calls the master intercom, press the Emergency Call button on
carriage control panel, then the buzzer of master intercom makes noise, then pick up the
headphone to communicate with carriage.

Pick up the headphone to make a call from master intercom to auxiliary intercom of elevator
carriage. At the time, the status of the indicative light is on(in red).

When making calls among master intercoms, pick up headphone and press Master Intercom
Reverting Call button, the buzzers of the main machines make sound and the indicative
lights light, then pick up the headphone to make calls.

Wire Requirements

Requires that all wire connections use the international standard lines, multi-core parallel lines
to meet the needs of the general engineering requirements. When crossing wires and strong
power lines become a serious environmental interference while mixed wiring, shielding
measures should be taken.

Drill two installing holes of Ö 4mm with distance of 178.5mm or179.6mm

(97mm or 80mm) in side wall of control cabinet. And install the bottom base.

Connect wires in the bottom of master intercom. Hang the master intercom in bottom
base.

Install the internal auxiliary intercom to the carriage control box and preserve transferring holes
before installation.

Connect the wires of the master intercom in machine room according to the picture above.EB1
and EB2 are connected with Call buttons.

Press Emergency Call button of the master intercom for checking. If there is "hum-hum" sound,
please check whether the speaker and MIC sound-transfer port are blocked.

Operational Explanation:

The monitoring master intercom must match with DC12V electrical source,
and connect with (+,-) .

The master intercom's buzzer makes noise and the corresponding indicative light lights when
the subsystem calls, then take up the mike and press the Calling button which corresponds
the subsystem, just use the intercom.

When the master intercom calls the subsystem, take up the headphone, then press the
subsystem's Calling button, the subsystem auxiliary intercom can communicate with
the subsystem master intercom. If the buzzer makes noise and the indicative light turns on,
just take up the headphone and communicate.

Explanation about Indicative Light and Reset button: press the Reset button one time
after hanging up the intercom, then the indicative light will extinguish. When being
called,the indicative light keeps bright, then it shows the realization of "caller ID" feature.
When hanging it up, press the Reset button.
