    Dear Parents and Guardians,

    I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is

    Erica Lis and I am currently a senior at Kutztown University. I am working

    towards a degree in PreK-4 Elementary Education. I will be Mrs. Deal’s

    student teacher until May 6th.

    During the upcoming weeks, I will be teaching lessons, which will

    coincide with your child’s curriculum. I am currently developing an

    interactive science unit on forces and motion. Within this unit, your child will

    participate in hands-on experiments and investigations while following the

    CDC guidelines to ensure everyone’s safety.

    I am excited to have this opportunity to work with Mrs. Deal and her

    students, as well as Mr. Miller’s students. I am sure I will learn a lot from the

    students and my experience as a student teacher at Schuylkill Haven

    Elementary.
