On May 8, 1886, Dr. John Pemberton served the world’s first Coca-Cola at Jacobs'
Pharmacy in Atlanta, Ga. From that one iconic drink, we’ve evolved into a total
beverage company. In 1960, Coca-Cola acquired Minute Maid. That was our first
step toward becoming a total beverage company. Coca-Cola Company passionate
about drinks in 200+ countries, with 500+ brands from Coca-Cola, to Zico coconut
water, to Costa coffee. Their people are as diverse as our communities, with
700,000+ employees across company and bottling partners.
