    Affidavit of Title
    (Statement of Beneficial Ownership)

    I, Doe: El, John, the undersigned, do hereby declare under oath the following facts pertaining to my nationality,
    ownership, and equitable title to the property and asset(s) attached and incorporated herein.

    1. Affiant is owner of beneficial interest in the estate, titled JOHN ALEX DOE, registered May 30, 1979 in
    Trumbull County, Ohio, under File No: 134-79-059391, evidenced by the certificate and indexed to Fidelity
    Investment Grade Bond (FBDNX), CUSIP #000000, see Exhibit A.

    2. This entitlement and claim includes but is not limited to:

    (A) Affiant’s security entitlement in the labor, underlying the capital, secured by Bond, FBDNX, owned by the
    Estate, whereas a laborer is worthy of his wages; and

    (B) Affiant’s entitlement to the hereditaments of the Estate, including the earthly body (Human) or vessel of
    earth, including and carrying mineral rights, silicates, sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron,
    phosphorus, sulfur, chlorine, iodine, oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, and nitrogen, gold, silver, copper, lead, tin,
    iron, and beneficial interest in all leaseholds and royalties regarding said lands, whereas the owner of a
    parcel of land also owns the air above and the ground below the parcel.

    3. At no time did I or do I grant my


    sovereign authority to any agent, representative, or procurator to act in my stead in any manner whatsoever to any
    purpose unless it be by my prior express written consent; and

    1. By virtue of the power vested in


    me, through this deed, I transfer, assign, and convey all right, title, and interests described above to vest in Doe,
    John- Alex, Trustee Under Declaration of Trust Dated 6-30-1979.

    I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the United States of America that the foregoing is true and correct.
