2 IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:-

1. Date for determining eligibility of all candidates in respect of essential

qualification(s) and experience, if any, etc., shall be the prescribed on
closing date for submission of online recruitment applications (ORA), i.e.
18-05-2021.
. The candidates must read the INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY FOR APPLYING
ONLINE which are available on the website of the HPSEBL, i.e.
www.hpseb.in before filling up Online Recruitment Application Form
(ORA) for the above post.
- The candidates must ensure their eligibility in respect of category, age
and essential qualification(s) etc. as mentioned in the advertisement to
avoid rejection at any later stage.
Online Recruitment Application Forms submitted incomplete, without
requisite examination fee will be rejected straightway.
. The benefit of reservation various posts will be admissible only to the
candidates, who are bonafide residents of Himachal Pradesh in respect of
categories, viz., S.C.
In service candidates may apply to the HPSEBL along with requisite fee’
with information to their Head of Departments/Employer for issuing NOC.
No in service candidate will be evaluated unless he/she during NOC from
the concerned employer.

Education and other Qualification

3.1 Essential: (i) Matric Pass or its equivalent with valid Driving
License for Light/Heavy vehicles & practical experience of 2
years .

3.2 Desirable: Knowledge of customs manner and dialects of Himachal

Pradesh and suitability for appointment in peculiar conditions prevailing
in the State.

3.3 The candidate must be a citizen of India and should be a Bonafide

Himachali or candidates shall be eligible for appointment to Class-III
posts(s), if he/she has passed Matriculation and 10+2 has passed from

any school/ Institution situated within Himachal Pradesh. Provided this

condition shall not apply to Bonafide Himachalis.
3. Age: The applicant should be between 18 to 45 years as on 01-04-2021.
Upper age limit is relaxable by five years for candidates belonging to : -

Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe / Other Categories (Other Backward

Classes, Children / Grandchildren of Freedom Fighter of Himachal
Pradesh and Economically Weaker Sections) of persons to the extent
permissible under the general or special order(s) of the Himachal
Pradesh Government/HPSEBL. The upper age relaxation is also
applicable to Ex-Servicemen candidates of H.P. as per provision of"
relevant rules/instructions of H.P. Govt.
