DAKSH BCS:
1. Introduction
DAKSH Software is a 32-bit windows application for meter data analysis and computation.
It can keep Record of Multiple meters spread across multiple sites. The manual covers configuring DAKSH
to retrieve data downloaded from meters.

Enter your Login ID & Password.

You will be directed to the main page of DAKSH BCS, as shown in fig 2.

Exit
To close the DAKSH BCS software click on Exit option.

1. If you are downloading data directly from Meter, you have to select Meter Category (i.e. A, B & C) &
ComPort.
2. Right Click on Show Data & select Download for Meter data.
3. You have to select Load Survey Date selection Start date & End Date (By default it is for 5 days.) and
then click on O.K. A dialog box will appear for saving meter data & Meter data will start uploading. As
shown in Fig 4.

Now we can see:-
1. Instantaneous Data.
2. Billing Data.
3. Event Data: A. Voltage Related.
B. Current Related.
C. Power Related
D. Transaction Related.
E. Other Events.
F. Non-Roller Events
G. Control Events
4. Block Load Survey
5. Load Survey Graph & Block Load Profile Graph
6. Report: We can take print out of above parameters in printable format & also covert it in PDF, Excel &
word format.

7. ASCII CONVERSION: - This tab is used for getting billing file in TXT format.
CMRI Data Uploading Process:
3 for PC Communication
At BCS – Select Communication & then Select CMRI Communication click on SANDS or Other Make, then
Click On Check box to Start downloading as shown in Fig a

1. Now go to File & Select Open to upload data from desired location as shown in Fig b.
2. Select the data & open it.
3. A Message will flash data uploaded successfully.

1. Clear CMRI Data: This option is used to clear the data present in CMRI.

6. ASCII CONVERSION:-
1. FOR SINGLE FILE:- Converting Single file in txt format.
2. FOR GROUP FILE:- Converting Group files in txt format.
