RESOLUTION NO. 2021-01-0001

WHEREAS, the Department of Education Division of Bogo City-Bogo Central School I, in order to
promote economy and its efficiency, resort to Alternative Methods of Procurement as provided in Sec. 48,
IRRA-A of R.A.9184.

WHEREAS, the Bids and Awards Committee has determined the mode of procurement per
purchase request using the alternative method as reviewed by the BAC Members and BAC Technical Working
group as herein listed below:

NOW, THEREFORE, We, the Members of the Bids and Awards Committee hereby RESOLVE as it is

property custodian for approval to the School Head of the Department of Education Division of Bogo City-Bogo
Central School I.
