    AFFIDAVIT OF HEIRS/TRANSFEREE/NON-TENANCY/NO PENDING CASE

    WE, ANTONIO A. RAMIREZ, married, with address at Haligue Silangan, Batangas City,
    VENICIA R. MARANAN, married, with address at Evangelista, Naujan, Oriental Mindoro, JUAN
    A. RAMIREZ, married, with address at Talahib Pandayan, Batangas City, and APOLONIA F.
    RAMIREZ, single, with address at Talahib Pandayan, Batangas City, all of legal ages, Filipinos,
    after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and say:

    That the total aggregate landholdings of our deceased parents is their retention or
    portion of their retention area of not more than five (5) hectares.

    That as legal heirs, our total aggregate landholdings including the area of 42,778 square
    meters that we inherited from our parents under Doc. No. 151, Page No. 31, Book No. XXXIX,
    Series of 2021, does not exceed five (5) hectares.

    That the said property has NO PENDING CASE.

    That this affidavit is executed in compliance with DAR Administrative Order No.1, series
    of 1989 as well as to show proof that our total aggregate landholding inclusive of the land
    subject for inheritance does not exceed five (5) hectares and the same is NOT TENANTED.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hand this ___ day of March
    2021 at Batangas City.
