Please supply me the following information with respect to construction works

being carried out at below mentioned property:

Particulars of Information sought:
1) Certified copy of the Sanctioned building plan with respect to the

ongoing construction/ additional construction in existing building at
above detailed plot/ address.
2) Certified copy of the sanctioned building plan with respect to the

ongoing construction works/ additional construction beyond Ground+1
floor, if sanctioned by your public authority.
3) Inform me the name, designation and office address of officers and

subordinate staff who verified the parameters of the ongoing
construction / additional construction plan, specifically with respect
to permissible Floor Space Index, Floor plan and structural strength
of the existing building to bear the additional load.
4) certified copy of sanction letter and Floor Space Index permitted U/s
428 & 433 of the HMC Act 1955 (Act II OF 1956) and A.P. Urban Areas
(Development) Act, 1975.
5) certified copy of commencement letter for the construction of

buildings.
6) certified copy of sanction accorded for construction beyond G+1 (2nd

floor onward).

7) certified copy of the building bylaws or building regulations or any
such other document indicating the provision to permit construction
beyond 2nd floor in housing schemes falling under the area under your
public authority.
8) If no such sanction for new construction / additional construction

beyond 2nd floor is accorded by your public authority, please inform
me the name, designation and office address of the officers of your
public authority responsible for taking action in demolishing the
illegal construction.
9) If any officer who desecrated the applicable rules and laws and gave
unlawful permissions for the construction of the building who;
enthused to dishonesty and bribary, what sort of stringent legal
actions will be taken on that officer, and what are the pertaining
rules for effective enforcement on him?
10) Certified copy of the survey map / town planning map indicating the
classification of the above-mentioned land, (i.e. either residential
or commercial or mixed use or green built or public utility space
etc.) in which sanction and permissions have been accorded by your
public authority.
I hereby declare and confirm that I am an Indian citizen, and as such I am

entitled to seek information under RTI Act, 2005. I have attached copy of my
Aadhar card in support of my citizenship.
I shall use this information for my personal purpose only. I assure and
confirm that in any case or/and under any circumstances, I shall not
(allow/cause) use/pass on/share/display/keep/circulate the information
received, with any person or in any manner which would be detrimental
to/against the interests of India.
If any information /declaration turns out to be incorrect or false, I shall

be responsible and liable for consequences apart from losing right to receive
information.
Application Fee: Rs.10/- towards RTI Application Fee through stamp duty.
