(a) INTRODUCTION

Being an entrepreneurship is inseparable from Islamic religion. In addition, those who


are venturing into business will be rewarded by Allah SWT as business have played an
important role in the formation of Islamic civilization and this can be seen since the time of our
prophet, Nabi Muhammad SAW. According to Islam, Allah SWT creates the opportunities for
everything including those for business. This is mentioned in the Quran (5:15), where Allah
SWT says: “There has come to you from Allah Light and a Plain Book”. Good opportunities
exist everywhere, but the entrepreneur should be able to identify, evaluate and use them. In
Islamic business ethics, Islam strongly encourages us to do business with honesty, justice and
welfare between both employers and employees. The lack of one of it may cause chaos and
might affect the standard of the company. Hence, in order to ensure that the company could
work effectively, both business and individuals involved must practice Islamic business ethics
in their daily basis. From the Islamic system, we have to prevent ourselves from doing
prohibited things especially in business transaction. For instance, riba. There are some Qur’an
verse that mention about riba and one of it goes like “O you who believe! Eat not Riba (usury)
doubled and multiplied, but fear Allah that you may be successful” ( Surah Al-Imran, Verse
130).

Thus, we must engage business that is based on Islamic principles and Shariah to
help the company grow and thrive in the market as it follows that guidelines that Islam has
mentioned. This case study is explaining the company that practices Islamic business ethics
in its entrepreneurial activities. It is the Burger Ramly Mokni Sdn. Bhd. company.

(b) ANALYSIS DISCUSSION

BACKGROUND OF BURGER RAMLY MOKNI SDN. BHD. COMPANY

Burger Ramly Mokni Sdn. Bhd. was established in 1984 in conjunction with the name
of the owner of the company, namely Dato’ Haji Ramly Bin Mokni. This company has been
operating for 25 years at the Bandar Tun Industrial Area, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. The company
operates and processes food products based on beef, chicken and seafood products such as
burgers, nuggets, sausages, minced meat, chicken ball and others.

In 1980, Dato’ Haji Ramly Bin Mokni started the business with his wife who is Hajjah
Shala Siah Binti Abdul Manap with a capital of RM 2000 in Chow Kit, but at that time the
production of burger meat was only done manually using a manual meat processing machine
purchased with a capital money.

At first, the burger meat was only sold to his friends and neighbours around Kampung
Baru through the first burger stall at Jalan Haji Hussein, Chow Kit, Kuala Lumpur. At that time,
Ramly’s name was also indirectly used as a brand of his product when he spontaneously
answered Ramly as soon as a customer demand increased from 200 to 2000 pieces of burger
meat a day. In 198, he decided to move the shop house at the same area where is located at
Lorong Haji Hussein.

At that time, he registered his business as ‘Perusahaan Burger Ramly Mokni Sdn.
Bhd.’ with some meat production using more sophisticated machines that produced about
10,000 pieces of burger meat a day. The business was growing because production at that
time managed to reach 50,000 pieces a day and started looking for a suitable factory to expand
his business.

Dato’ Haji Ramli Bin Mokni, the owner of this company, has more than 30 years of
experience in this field. Starting with manual and small-scale production, he has now
successfully expanded the business to a commercial level. Starting with a small loan from the
Development Bank in 1982, until now he had a several company which is Ramly Mokni
Holding Berhad and the branch company namely Ramly Food Processing Sdn. Bhd.,
Marketing Ramly Mokni Sdn. Bhd., Ramly Supermart Sdn. Bhd. and Ramly Mokni Bakeri Sdn.
Bhd. and so on. This company has been given three times recognition by the Development
Bank for its excellence in performance, namely the Best Project Award (1982), the

Development Customer Award (1984) and the Jaya Entrepreneur Award (1992).

Besides, Ramly's holding company established the Department of Halal & Islamic
Affairs, led by syariah-certified employees, in line with the halal concept underlined, to ensure
the production process through a Halal Certification every two years in accordance with the
standard manual of the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM). With the
company's slogan 'Pastikan Ramly, Baru beli' proves that for every product released, Dato'
Haji Ramly adheres to the halal, clean and quality principles.

BHD.

1. Fair treatment with workers


In Islamic business ethical, fairness and justice are parts of the important aspects
where we give everybody equivalent opportunity to succeed and treatment or behaviour
without any preference or discrimination towards any workers. It is obligatory to practice
fairness between the employer and employees in an organization in order to create a
successful and barakah environment at the workplace. Furthermore, when equity is practiced,
automatically the workers’ performance will be improved as they feel fairly treated between
each other in the company so they will contribute so much more effort towards the organization
in achieving its objectives. In Burger Ramly Mokni Sdn. Bhd., they are also practicing and are
very concerned about fair treatment with all the workers as Islam encourages us and is
obligatory to do so. Allah SWT said “O you who believe stand firmly for justice” (Quran,Surah
4 Verse 135).

In Burger Ramly Mokni Sdn. Bhd., there is no such thing as favoritism towards a
employee based on any preference such as age, religion or gender but instead they evaluate
them based on their skills, performance and also their innovative ideas. Playing favorite and
treating other employees differently will not only lead to dissatisfaction between the employees
and employers but also will affect the company from all aspects. This is because they are tend
to feel resentful towards their managers. Being unfair could establish terrible performance,
lack of satisfaction and at that point it will produce a more prominent nonattendance in worker
commitment as the employees are not interested anymore to be part of the company that will
also affect the name of the company. Besides, the employers should pay the perfect sum as
concurred. Unlawful derivation is not admissible in Islam. However, both employers and
employees should play their important roles too in fair dealing and justice towards each other
so that the company could thrive and grow in the market.

2. Not to deal with prohibited items

A company must practice Islamic business ethics to the fullest that they should not
deal with the prohibited items which is opposed by Islamic perspectives. Islam is a great
religion that prioritize the ethical values and morals in all parts of human aspects. In transaction
aspect, Islam necessitates that all monetary and business exchanges be found on
straightforwardness, exactness, and revelation of all material data so nobody will take
advantages of interest of another party. For instance, riba which is interest that happened in
most companies nowadays. Riba can be defined as an increase, expansion and
augmentation. Technically, the meaning of riba includes an expansion in a head and any
additional charge over the original sum and it contains an element of oppression or in other
words is tyranny, deception and completely contrary to the Islamic law. Hence, that is why it
is prohibited from Islamic perspectives as Islam encourages us to do charity in many ways
and helping other people through generosity and not to burden them so that we can eliminate
conclusions of conceit, which can make social unfriendliness, doubt, and hatred between each
other and also to prevent Muslims from spliting from one another. Quran has mentioned that
“Allah does not bless usury, and He causes charitable deeds to prosper, and Allah does not
love any ungrateful sinner” (Quran, Al-Baqarah, 2: 276). Furthermore, in Burger Ramly Mokni
Sdn. Bhd., they are already enlighten the regulations and rules to the employees that riba and
interest are clearly forbidden in their organizations and they will make a further action towards
the individuals who practices riba for her or his own good. For example, charging a higher
price than it should be for a small amount of meat to the customers without them even knowing
which means they reduce the measurement and weighing rates. This action could tarnish the
name of the company and the manager for not being able to control the management wisely
and could loss most of their customers.

Next, Burger Ramly Mokni Sdn. Bhd. is not dealing with haram food. Islam has already
taught and stated in Quran that haram food is extremely prohibited to be consumed. For
instance, Muslims are restricted to eat the flesh of pork and its subordinates as it is a
transgression and a sin to do such thing but it is considered as legal in crises when an
individual is confronting starvation and his life must be saved through the utilization of this
meat. Nonetheless, this meat are not viewed as a need or admissible if his general public has
abundance food. As the company produces frozen and fresh products such as burgers,
frankfurter, minced meat and seafood, they are very concerned about where the sources are
from so they as a manager and part of the company will make sure that they are all from halal

sources by establishing the Department of Halal & Islamic Affairs led by shariah-compliant
staff to ensure the production process according to the standard manual of the Department of
Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM) through Halal Certification every two years. By getting
halal certification, it can increase the customers’ trust and raise the name of Burger Ramly
Mokni Sdn. Bhd. Halal food is what clings to Islamic law, as characterized in the Qur’an where
animals are slaughtered based on Shariah law and in the name of Allah SWT. Everything that
has been set up in Islamic law and mentioned in Qur’an are all have its reasons and wisdoms.
From Islamic perspectives, it is forbidden to consume haram food by reason of it could harm
the body and brain. Individuals who fill themselves with haram food will be terrible in character,
their hearts will be debilitated, and their prayers would not be replied by Allah SWT and the
opposite happens when they eat halal, clean and safe food where it can create peace in the
soul, able to get closer to Allah SWT and their worship are accepted and last but not least , it
can prevent them from any diseases. Burger Ramly Mokni Sdn. Bhd. seems to be very care
about their customers especially about consuming halal, clean and high quality product and
this can be seen when the letter M from the word RAMLY stands for ‘Maintaining Halal,
Cleanliness and Quality’.

3. Intensity to earn Halal earning

To ensure that the earning is from halal sources, Burger Ramly Mokni Sdn. Bhd. has
been working so hard to produce halal products and are according to the Islamic law. Dato’
Ramly, who is the owner of the company knew that it is not easy to find out if the products is
halal especially when it comes to frozen food. Hence, he decided to produce halal products
that can make it easier for Muslims to purchase them. From the research, one of the shipment
worker once said that Burger Ramly Mokni Sdn. Bhd. had disposed of 10 tons of freshly
imported meat from Australia as it is mixed with non-halal meat. Despite having to bear the
loss, Ramly was very firm and emphasizing the halal aspects that the company rejected the
shipment to continue without any hesitation. Ramly company had also confirmed that they only
import meat and other raw materials directly from producers and is self-monitored by the
Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM) on a regular basis.

Other than that, Ramly group had established a Microbiology laboratory to control the
quality of the product. The purpose of the establishment is to ensure the products are safe
and clean to eat. We can see that producing halal food and based on Shariah law are their
main priority in the organization. Through this action, Burger Ramly Mokni Sdn. Bhd. is able
to retain their old customers and also could attract new customers because the customers are
convince that it is safe and trustworthy to purchase products from their company. Besides,
apart from halal sources, the method of slaughter that Burger Ramly Mokni Sdn. Bhd.
practices is also taken into according to Shariah Islam. Slaughtering animals such as cows
and chickens should be done by Muslims and have knowledge about the methods of slaughter
properly according to Shariah Islam. With this way, the products that are guaranteed halal are
able to boost confidence to consumers, especially for Muslims. They will buy Ramly products
without hesitation and apprehension.

4. Truthfulness in Business Transactions


Islam encourages truthfulness in business transactions and raises the status of a
truthful merchant so much. Dato' Ramly, the owner of Burger Ramly Mokni Sdn. Bhd.
emphasized that honesty and kind dealings with customers are the secrets of success in
business. He always educates his employees to be honest when carrying out their duties. If
we are honest in business, there is no doubt we can attract customers to deal with us. This is
because we have been entrusted with the business of buying and selling.

Apart from that, Dato' Ramly and his employees always work hard despite any
obstacles. It seems to be normal for companies that are growing every year, surely the tone
of those who are not happy with the increase. In the past few years, there have been parties
who have accused that the product has non-halal ingredients. However, Dato' Ramly firmly
denied the disgusting allegation and stated that his company is very concerned about the halal
and haram aspects in the production of their food products.

5. Trade through mutual consent


Mutual consent between the parties is a necessary condition for the validity of a
business transaction. Therefore, it follows that a sale under coercion is not acceptable in Islam.
A sale transaction is to be regarded as legal only if it is made through the mutual consent of
the parties concerned such as customers or other companies. Burger Ramly Mokni Sdn. Bhd.
takes great care of their company's image with people around. Taking advantage of
someone’s plight and charging high price is also a form of pecuniary exploitation and as such
forbidden in Islam. Businesses that have a mutually agreeable attitude are in fact the way
recommended by Islam. When there is an agreement between the seller and the buyer then
a feeling of contentment is born. In this way it can grow the business further.

The attitude of extortion and taking property in a wrong way is completely avoided by
Burger Ramly Mokni Sdn. Bhd. Islam also forbids the act of extortion and the act of taking the
property of others in a wrong way. Taking someone else's property in a wrong way can happen
in various ways and forms such as stealing, robbing, cheating, deceiving, gambling and the
like. In that way, Allah does not bless our business and it can cause the business to go
bankrupt.

1. Financial Management
Implementing an Islamic financial system is as important to Burger Ramly Mokni Sdn.
Bhd. company as it is to produce products in their enterprise. This is based on the fact that
every Muslim is subject and must abide by the principles of Islam in all aspects of their daily
lives while placing ethical values as a priority in human life. This is said so because these
principles and values are very clear in human life and it will determine the direction of human
beings in every aspect of life. Furthermore, in the context of business, efforts to obtain halal
sustenance can only be successful if obtained if done by and following Islamic principles.
Several key things are given attention in Islamic financial management to preserve and ensure
that a business can run smoothly. Among them is that we need to ensure that the financial
system in our business is free from the elements of usury, corrupt practices, uncertainty
(gharar), and gambling (maysir) as has been clearly stated in the sources of reference for
Islam, namely al-Quran, al-Hadith, and al-Sunnah.

Burger Ramly Mokni Sdn. Bhd. company is aware and understands that financial
management in business is very much related to the revenue and expenses of the business
being run. Therefore, this company must ensure that all business resources and business
income expenses are done under the rules in Islam so that there is no oppression and fraud
among the parties involved in the business conducted as well as immorality in the Burger
Ramly Mokni Sdn. Bhd. company can be avoided. In this case, among the important issues in
financial procurement is business capital. Therefore, this company is found to be more
interested in using their financial capital, family members, and friends only because this way
can prevent the business from being run free from illegal and prohibited elements from the
Islamic religion. As proof, the owner of Burger Ramly Mokni Sdn. Bhd. company, who is Dato'
Haji Ramly Bin Mokni has started a business together with his wife with a capital of RM 2,000
as start-up capital to start a business. The use of capital from one's savings is considered the
best way as it does not involve dependents with others. Besides, Burger Ramly Mokni Sdn.
Bhd. will also be free from the burden and claims of other parties on its capital, especially on
debt repayment claims as well as will not face legal action, outstanding payment issues, and

disruptions in business operations if the business has problems. However, if the services of a
financial institution are needed in assisting the development of the business, this company will
choose an Islamic financial institution or apply for grants from non-interest-based agencies.
For example, the first loan made was that he had decided to borrow from Majlis Amanah
Rakyat (MARA). However, hope did not come true. This is because his business, which is the
business of processing and selling burgers, was considered still new at that time. He is also
seen as still lacking credibility in developing the business. However, Dato’ Haji Ramly Bin
Mokni did not give up by trying to apply for a loan to Bank Pembangunan Malaysia Berhad.
Eventually, his attempt this time was fruitful and he managed to obtain the loan.

Also, Islam has outlined two basic guidelines on spending in terms of income earned
by a business. Among them is that expenditure is limited to halal purposes only and
expenditure is done based on priority (al-awlawiyyat). At the same time, Islam has also
explained that there are two forms of expenditure, namely expenditure in terms of halal and
haram. In halal legal expenses, the business expenses incurred may include mandatory
expenses and circumcision expenses.

In carrying out mandatory expenses, Burger Ramly Mokni Sdn. Bhd. company has
been found to have successfully implemented it thoroughly, neatly, and efficiently in addition
to all matters can run smoothly. In addition, this company is also found to be able to manage
expenses that are important in ensuring the continuity of business conducted, namely payment
of salaries and wages of employees, settle management costs, issue zakat, settle business
debts and so on according to the time and rate has been set. At the same time, Burger Ramly
Mokni Sdn. Bhd. also tends to spend on things that are not very important to them such as
giving bonuses and gifts as well as salary increases to employees. Although these expenses
are not very important or better known as circumcision expenses, this action can benefit both
Ramly Mokni Sdn. Bhd. owner and their employees. This is because the expenditure is done
to appreciate the services and contributions of energy deployment that have been given by
the employees in the Burger Ramly Mokni Sdn. Bhd. company who have contributed a lot to
the progress of the business. Besides that, managing welfare and contributions to the public
is also one of the mandatory expenses incurred by this company. Through the observations
of all of us, Burger Ramly Mokni Sdn. Bhd is one of the developed and well-known businesses
in Malaysia. Thanks to the progress made by this company which has been able to share

sustenance by making many contributions in the form of money and food resources to the
community in need in Malaysia, especially for orphans and asnaf. By doing charitable
practices like this, the profits and income earned by Burger Ramly Mokni Sdn. Bhd. company
can be spent on the afterlife as well as prevent the business from being extravagant in terms
of spending.

Lastly, Burger Ramly Mokni Sdn. Bhd. is concern about spending restrictions that
makes them sensitive and cautious in every spending. This is said to be because the company
has tried its best to avoid unnecessary expenses, waste, and avoid extravagant properties
that can lead to a negative impact. This awareness arises because there is a clear prohibition
from the Qur'an and Hadith on extravagant and wasteful attitudes in addition to extravagant
attitudes are also called satanic practices. Thus, Burger Ramly Mokni Sdn. Bhd. can be a
successful business because the company obeys Shariah in Islam and the command of Allah
SWT as best as possible.

2. Human Resource Management

Human resource management are very significant to an organization as it gives


big impact to the company standard and to achieve its objectives. Employees are hired based
on their ability, desires and skills. It includes without successful and effective performance of
workers of an association it is difficult to accomplish its goals. In Burger Ramly Mokni Sdn.
Bhd., the criteria required are they must be a malaysian citizens that are not less than 18 years
old, qualified candidates with Degree, Diploma, SPM or STPM. They also must have the
characteristic of leadership when they are working in a team. Only the short-listed candidates
will be interviewed either it is through online or face to face. The company offers their
employees to increase their annual salary based on the performance and give attendance and
shift hour allowance. Besides, they do not forget about appreciating their workers by rewarding
them with bonus or consolation prize based on their achievements once a year. By doing so,
Burger Ramly Mokni Sdn. Bhd is able to boost their workers’ motivation in order to improve
their performance by putting more effort in the organization. Not only that, they also might be
able to cover their overdue expenses. Furthermore, this company realize that corruption has
given a lot of negative impacts towards the development process and the society. Thus, they
decided to prepare anti-Corruption Policies and Guidelines that are made for their employees,
suppliers, vendors, consultants, agents, wholesalers and other parties that carry out work or
services on behalf of the Ramly Burger Mokni Sdn. Bhd. They are really putting a high hope
that every party will give full commitment and roles in the fight against corruption and to ensure
the success of the company. Ramly group will provide training and courses and programs
from time to time to ensure understanding and compliance with the regulations they made.
We can conclude here that the company will always make sure that the obligations they made
meet the Islamic principles and Shariah law where corruption are strongly prohibited in
business.

In addition, Ramly group provides convenience service towards the employees where
annual and medical leave are also given. Providing the medical leave is very important for the
sake of the worker’s health as they has been working so hard for the company and the sick
leave is able to increase their productivity the next day they come to the workplace. Ramly
Burger Mokni Sdn. Bhd. is really care and concerned about their workers’ welfare. The
element of workers’ welfare is not always in money form. Qur’an stated that “Do good to those
whom

your right hand possess (worker)” (Surah 4, Verse: 37). In Islamic perspective, an employer
should not be selfish without considering the needs of his or her employees. It aims to lighten
the load that they bear and might help in reducing the stress of their personal problems that
will affect their performance.

3. Halal Concept

Before we want to give Muslims to eat halal food, we must also ensure that the
ingredients used are halal. That is why we should have the concept of ‘Halalan Thoyiba’. The
theme of halal toyyiba means halal and good, safe, clean and pure. Eating halal and pure food
is a religious demand for the well-being of Muslims who are Muslims in order to get rewards
and abundant blessings from the Almighty Creator. According to Abang Hasni ‘Halalan
Thoyiban’ is food obtained from halal sources, safe and able to improve the health of the body
when eating it means food and nutrition from halal sources, good and also safe for personal
health.

This halal and good concept starts from the process of preparing a food or drink that
covers aspects of raw materials or ingredients, which will be used by Muslim consumers where
the whole process needs to be emphasized. It is obligatory for Muslims to take halal food and
use halal products so that they will not eat and use consumer goods not only for pleasure but
also to perform their duties, responsibilities and mission in this world because it is something
that must be done for Muslims. However, it covers a deeper aspect that the efforts and sources
of halal food should be free from all forms that will be doubted by Muslims.

Although processing and manufacturing technology may evolve over time, but, Ramly
Burger Mokni Sdn. Bhd. maintains the essence of the tradition started with every Ramly
product produced. There are most products from Ramly are halal certified and of course goods
or machines for processing Ramly brand goods are also used in a way that is in accordance
with Islamic law. Hence, Ramly brand users do not have to worry about halal or the process
method because Ramly Burger Mokni Sdn. Bhd. has indeed been certified halal by
Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM).

To complete their practice, Ramly Burger Mokni Sdn. Bhd. received a Department of
Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM) certificate. Halal certification can help them raise

the standards of the company and their products and increase the level of customer
confidence to buy Burger Ramly Mokni Sdn. Bhd. At the same time, they should also schedule
periodic monitoring of shariah compliance automatically. Halal product certification can bring
more benefits and improve the financial ensure at Burger Ramly Mokni Sdn. Bhd.

4. Modification of policies
Corrupt activities can cause waste inside an organization in addition to affecting not
only the perpetrators corruption but also the reputation of the organization and cause the
organization exposed to the risks and legal implications. Burger Ramly Mokni Sdn. Bhd. will
be a practice of integrity in addition to compliance with the law to be a barrier to corrupt
activities penetrating inside Ramly group to find out and understand corruption offenses and
methods of dealing with corrupt activities in the conduct daily tasks. This policy applies to
every employee whether a permanent employee or not of any company under the Ramly
group including to every director such as Executive and non-Executive of any company within
the Ramly group.

Burger Ramly Mokni Sdn. Bhd. has released some guidelines for giving and receiving
gifts. “Prize” is any value given to or received from any person or organization or any entity
with which Ramly group does business with it or is actively considering doing business with it,

1. Financial Management
Every business must want its business to stay in the market and succeed in earning
a lucrative and pure income from illegal things. Therefore, I have a suggestion for Burger
Ramly Mokni Sdn. Bhd. company to further strengthen financial management for his company
which is characterized by Islamic elements, that is, the owner of Burger Ramly Mokni Sdn.
Bhd company can be collaborate with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) to
enforce laws that related to financial management in the business carried out to prevent
incidents that could lead this business from receiving income from illegal sources. For
example, corruption. This action is intended to take precautionary measures and ensure the
welfare of every employee in the Burger Ramly Mokni Sdn. Bhd company has nothing to do
with corruption.

In this case, if there are parties and employees involved in the Burger Ramly Mokni
Sdn. Bhd. company who tried to take bribes from irresponsible parties, they will be subject to
appropriate and severe legal action. For example, removing the employee from his workplace
and blacklisting his name in addition that the owner of Burger Ramly Mokni Sdn. Bhd.
company did not hesitate to make a complaint to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission
(MACC) to take appropriate action against the employee such as life imprisonment. This is

do their utmost best to recruit any individuals as they could enhance the business. Ramly
Burger Mokni Sdn. Bhd should appraise them by their ability and see if they are able to do the
job with skills and right technical they have. Not only that, but their trainability and commitment
also play the important roles in raising the standard of the company. Ramly Burger Mokni Sdn.
Bhd should find people with good productivity and full interest towards the job so that they
would commit to their work well.In Islamic perspectives the employees should be responsible
in doing their job in most ideal way. Prophet Muhammad SAW once said “ Allah likes a worker

and Allah in right manner, Allah will give him double reward.”

person working only performs the inspection whether it is really clean or not.

By upgrading in that way, it will be more fun to process the material, but Burger Ramly
Mokni Sdn. Bhd. should ensure that the machine used is always clean and not used by non-
halal materials because it can cause doubts for buyers if buyers know that the machine used
to process halal products is the same machine to be used with non-halal products. Therefore,

to take aggressive action regardless of rank and position in performing duties because SPRM
members are an independent body appointed.

to investigate complaints reported on corruption cases. By doing so, those involved in the
symptoms of corruption can be arrested and punished according to the law. Therefore, the
government needs to be committed and transparent in combating the symptoms of abuse of
power and corruption, starting from national leaders, especially those that occur in ministries
and government departments or agencies. The culture of cronyism and nepotism must be
demolished as it has become a bulwark to protect the perpetrators of corruption and abuse of
power in the administrative structure of the government.

In addition, the public must reject all forms and elements of corruption, provide support
and assistance to relevant enforcement agencies and ensure that individuals who have been
charged or convicted of corruption and abuse of power no longer occupy any position of public
interest and countries, including political appointments.

cooperating with TV3 for programme ‘Bersamamu’ or another charity programme. Sponsoring

and also can help more people in every aspect of their lives.
