 RULES & REGULATIONS

CORKAGE
Any drinks (alcoholic or non alcoholic) brought into and
consume within the Restaurant premise will be charged with the
following corkage fee:
Rp. 150.000++ /bottle of wine
Rp. 200.000++ /bottle of liqueur
Rp. 100.000++ /case soft drinks,
There will also be an additional charge for any food that is
brought into the restaurant, based on each portion.

DECORATION
Our restaurant can provide In House Decoration

BOOKING DEPOSIT
Appropriate deposit payment is required upon confirmation of
date availability.
50% deposit should be settled to confirm the booking at least
7(seven) days in advance.
Full payment to be settled at least 7 (seven) days prior to event.

BOOKING CANCELLATION
Cancellation, which carried out 1 (one) week or less prior to the
event, will be charged 50% from the total bill. Cancellation on
day of event will be charged 100% of total bill.

PAYMENT
Final balance of payment can be made by cash or credit card.
Payment to be settled at Blue Jasmine Restaurant cashier.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

All prices are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing
government tax.
A Confirmation letter of order is to be signed at least 7 (seven)
days in advance.
Shall the number of participants increase or decrease without
notice, final charge will be applied according to guarantee or
actual attendance, whichever is greater.
Food menu may subject to availability of ingredients, unfore-
seen seasonal demand and market fluctuation.
During decorating, any damage due to construction work, set
up, and dismantling work in any parts of the restaurant or its
property will be borne by the client.
If any additional charges occurred during the event, the balance
should be settled directly after the event.
