Here you can find all the information to assist you in creating your Node
account, purchasing tokens upon start of the ITO and being a part of the Node
community! We are eager to make these processes as easy as possible for you
to deal with so you can activate your account and start purchasing tokens right
upon the start of our ITO.

TOKENSALE OVERVIEW
PREPARATION

To be perfectly prepared for NODE tokensale, please, make sure you have all
the following information:

- scan of passport, ID card or drivr’s license (country-dependent)

- a full Ethereum/Bitcoin wallet
(we included a detailed how-to-create-a-wallet guide below)
- a valid email address
- your full name
- country of residence

WALLET CREATION

We recommend creating it using the MyEtherWallet service.

Important: Do not share your private keys to the wallet with anyone.
The private key is an analog of the PIN code from your bank card. If anyone
obtains your private key, they will have access to all of your funds.

PAYMENT SETUP

We offer ETH tokens via our website https://nodepower.io/ ONLY.

We recommend to pay with USD using an exchange service:

However you can also buy ETH for any fiat currencies (e.g., USD, rubles, etc.)
on any cryptoexchange.

TRANSACTION

After your payment is verified, we will send you the purchased ETH
tokens, generally within the next few hours.

CREATING ETH-WALLET
— 1.1. CREATE ETHEREUM-WALLET

In order to participate in the NODE ITO, you should have an Ethereum-wallet. If

you do not have such wallet, we recommend creating it using the MyEtherWallet
service.

If you have an existing MyEtherWallet account, please jump to the next section
«View the Ethereum-wallet info».

Please note that cryptocurrency exchange account is not suitable for

purchasing NODE. You need to have a full Ethereum/Bitcoin wallet,
not a trading account.

— 1.1.1 GO TO THE MYETHERWALLET WEBSITE

https://www.myetherwallet.com/ Make sure that you access the website

via an HTTPS protocol:

— 1.1.2 ENTER A PASSWORD

— On the ‘‘New Wallet’’ tab, enter the password that will be used to
access your wallet (create a strong password using uppercase and
lowercase letters, numbers and symbols).

— Click on the “Create New Wallet” button.

Do not forget this password! If you lose your password, you will lose
all ETH and Node stored in your account.

— 1.1.3 DOWNLOAD KEYSTORE FILE

— Click on the “Download Keystore File” button.

— The file will be downloaded to your computer.

This is a digital signature file for your wallet. This file contains your private and
public keys and is required every time you want to access your account.

Please note that you won’t be able to access your account without this file and
the password from the previous step. If you lose one of them, you will lose all
ETH and NODE stored in your account.

— 1.1.4 BACKUP YOUR PRIVATE KEY

— Click on the “I understand. Continue” button.

— Click on the “Print Paper Wallet” button.

 — Save or print the data file:

Do not share your private keys with anyone. The private key is an analog
of the PIN code from your bank card. If anyone obtains your private key, they
will have access to all of your funds.

— 1.1.5 OPEN YOUR WALLET TO VIEW THE ADDRESS

Click on the “Save Your Address” button.

— Select the “Keystore File (UTC / JSON)” item.

— Click on the “SELECT WALLET FILE” button and select the keystore
file downloaded in section 1.1.3.
— Enter the password.
— Click on the “Unlock” button.
— At the bottom you will see your wallet info:

Copy and save your address, which is in the «Your Address»

and «Account Address» fields

— 1.2.4 SAVE YOUR ADDRESS

Copy and save your address, which is in the «Your Address» and «Account
Address» fields:

— 1.3. BUY ETH

Only the ETH cryptocurrency will be accepted on the NODE sale. You can buy
ETH for any fiat currencies (e.g., USD, rubles, etc.) on any cryptoexchange (e.g.,
Coinbase.com, Kraken.com, poloniex.com, Cex.io). Also you can buy ETH for
other cryptocurrencies (e.g., BTC, Dash, etc.) using exchange services.

The easiest way to buy ETH is to buy it with USD using an exchange service (e.g.,
https://xchange.cash, https://60cek.com, http://lykke.com, https://localethereum.
com, https://www.bestchange.com).

Here is an example of using the BestChange service.

— Go to https://www.bestchange.com
— In the “Give” column select the payment method, e.g. “Visa/MasterCard
USD”.
— In the “Get” column select “Ethereum (ETH)”.

— Select the exchanger with the best rate and go to it.

— Follow the instructions of the selected exchanger and refill your
ETHwallet.

Please note that when you purchase NODE tokens,

a small commission will be charged, so you should refill your wallet
by a little more than you plan to invest in ITO.

— 1.4. SEND ETH TO BUY NODE TOKENS

Make sure that you have enough ETH in your wallet to make a transaction with a
small fee for a transaction called «gas».

— 1.4.1 GO TO NODEPOWER.IO

Click on “my account” button to in the header menu to enter your personal
account.

— 1.4.2 REGISTER AND CONFIRM YOUR REGISTRATION

You have to register and confirm your registration by clicking on the button in
the e-mail you received from the company*. Then, fulfill the following sections to
pass the KYC verification.

*if you haven’t received an e-mail, check spam or promotions sections.

— 1.4.3 COPY THE CROWDSALE ADDRESS

After registration you enter your personal account (dashboard) and copy the
Crowdsale address indicated below.

— 1.4.4 GO TO THE MYETHERWALLET WEBSITE

via an HTTPS protocol:

— 1.4.5 GO TO THE «SEND ETHER & TOKENS» TAB

— Select the “Keystore File (UTC / JSON)” item.

— Click on the “SELECT WALLET FILE” button and select your keystore file.
— Enter the password.
— Click on the “Unlock” button.
— The ETH sending form will open:

— 1.4.7 SEND ETH TO THE TOKEN SALE ADDRESS

— In the “To Address” field, paste the token sale address copied from
the dashboard of your personal account

— In the “Amount to Send” field, fill in the amount of ETH you wish to
use to buy NODE tokens.

— In the “Gas Limit” field, change the minimum amount to 350,000 gas.
This will guarantee the processing of your transaction.

— Click on the “Generate Transaction” button.

If a warning appears that the transaction will fail, click on the

«Cancel» button:

Now you have purchased the amount of NODE that corresponds to the sent
amount of ETH. After sending the request, you receive a link to your transaction.

— 1.5. ADD NODE TOKENS TO THE MYETHERWALLET WALLET

— Go to the «Send Ether & Tokens» tab.

— Open your wallet (see 1.4.4).
— In the “Token Balances” section click the “Add Custom Token”
buttom.

— Enter the data in the fields:

— Address – insert the contract tokens address NODE:

— Click on the “Save” button.

— NODE tokens appear in the “Token Balances” section.

FAQ
— WHY CAN’T I SEE THE ACCOUNT I JUST CREATED IN THE BLOCKCHAIN
EXPLORER (E.G., ETHERSCAN)? MYETHERWALLET WALLET

Only active accounts are visible in a blockchain explorer.

Once you transfer ETH to your account, it should become visible.

— WHY CAN’T I SEE MY BALANCES WHEN I OPEN MY WALLET?

Most likely this is due to the firewall. In order to see the balance,
you will need to use a blockchain explorer, for example, Etherscan.

— I’M TRYING TO UNLOCK MY WALLET BUT IT KEEPS HANGING

Most likely this is due to decryption of Keystore-files.

In this case we recommend:

— Use the Google Chrome browser.

— Close other programs (e.g., a lot of browser tabs, etc.).
— Click «Continue» when a pop-up with an error indicating that the
service is not responding appears.

— TRANSACTION FAILED – «OUT OF GAS»

Service MyEtherWallet automatically estimates the amount of gas that

is required to make a transaction, but sometimes this estimate
is incorrect.
Try manually increasing the “Gas Limit”. For example, try doubling
the amount of gas that MyEtherWallet estimates, and sending again.
