    Joint pursis on behalf of the parties as under


    1. That the captioned matter has been filed by the Plaintiff seeking reliefs as
    mentioned therein and the matter is posted for framing of issues.

    2. That the Plaintiff and the Defendant are desirous of settling the matter
    amicably and hence it is necessary that the matter may be referred to Lok
    Adalat for both the parties to arrive at an amicable settlement.

    Hence, this pursis.
