    To evolve one’s energies, visualize oneself in


    an ideal state of love for de Beloved.

    Fountain forth that state, in own


    imagination, where the energies of the body are
    beautiful, ideal, fountaining, devoted, and fuse that state
    with own
    body,.

    Imagine
    yourself as say,
    Arwen, of Lord Of
    The Rings. Fill yourself with the Bright Silver Energies of the One, the
    Beloved.Fuse the Bright Silver energies in the pelivic,
    Spinal, and the Cerebral.
    Be situated in nothing outside, just you and the Love of the One Beloved exists. This state is

    described by the word SvaStiKa sva( Sanskrit for self, soul, pronounced as French Soi)
    and Sti( Sanskrit root for stand, similar to French situer) and Ka is a suffix found in ancient
    Indo-European languages which has sense, one who( Anamika is one who is unnamed.
    Veronika is another name which has the suffix.)

    Union the entire body with the Bright Silver, and abide
    in the state. Follow this up with meditation on the forehead space, visualizing the Silver
    there. The point of meditation is that spot which is not felt as high nor as low, not to the left,
    not to the right, and not to the front nor to the back. One may as well meditate on the frontal
    chakra, in the energies of the One.
