INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
18. Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum 10 (ten) years of overall experience in Design,
Procurement & Supply, Installation, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of
Gas Stations (Regulating and Metering Station/District Regulating
Station/Customer Metering Station/Town Border Station/ City Gate Station)
including its Related Services on Engineering, Procurement and Construction
(EPC) or Turn-key basis in the role of contractor.

 b) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in Design, Procurement &
Supply, Installation, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of at least 02 (two)
such RMS which are successfully completed each of minimum capacity of 30
(Thirty) MMSCFD on Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) or Turn-
key basis within last 08 (eight) years; out of which at least 01(one) RMS shall be in
other than the Tenderer’s home country; minimum contract value of any one of the
said two RMS shall be of Bangladesh Taka (BDT) 200 million (Two hundred
million) only [considering 1 USD= BDT 84 for conversion of currency].
c) The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Bangladesh Taka (BDT)
800 million (Eight hundred million) only [considering 1 USD = BDT 84 for
conversion of currency] over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years. N.B.
Years shall be counting backward from the date of closing the tender.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the
Tenderer shall be Bangladesh Taka (BDT) 600 million (Six hundred million) only
[considering 1 USD = BDT 84 for conversion of currency].
19. Brief Description of Plant & :
The 48 MMSCFD capacity RMS shall include Ball Valves, Insulating Joints, Knock
Equipment
Out Drum, Two Stage Filter Separators, Regulators/Pressure Control Valves, Slam
Shut off Valves, Noise Silencers, Non Return Valves, Safety Relief Valves, Hand
Control Valves, Liquid Separators, Orifice Meters, Turbine Meter, Flow Computers,
Mechanical Chart Recorders, Gas Chromatograph, Pipe, Fittings etc. and associated
civil, mechanical and electrical works & related services on turn-key basis as per
engineering & design, PID, Employer’s requirement, Technical specification in the
tender documents.
12"DN×1000Psig×7Km (approx.) High Pressure Gas Pipelineshall include Line Pipe,
Valves, Insulating joint Fittings, TEG & CP Materials etc. as per engineering &
design, PID, Employer’s requirement, Technical specification in the tender
documents.
Supply of Mandatory Spare Parts/Recommended Spare Parts, Station Maintenance
Tools, Safety Equipment, Books for Codes and Standards.
20. Brief Description of Services : Engineering-design, procurement, construction and testing-commissioning of One 48
MMSCFD capacity RMS and associated civil, mechanical and electrical works &
related services on turn-key basis.

DN × 1000 Psig × 7Km (approx.) pipeline including Tie-in/Hook-up works at three
different locations, Cathodic Protection and related works/services on turn-key basis.
Construction of Control Building and related Civil works. Training/Technology
Transfer/Know-how at Manufacturer/Supplier Country for Employer’spersonnel/
engineers, Supplying of Auxiliaries Facilities for Employer’s Personnel/Site office
and Other Related Services as per Employer’s requirement.
