    2. Delivery of material 10 Days from date of Advance and Confirmation.
    3. Prices quoted above are strctly for supply and installation only. Any additional item(s) or
    service(s) will chage accordingly.
    4. All goods remains as property of " MODERNATIVE SOLUTIONS " untill FULL payment is received.
    5. Kindly check the warrenty period given for your product.
    6. Any application under warrenty is limited to the repairing or replacement of any part,
    which proves to be defected wiyhin the warrenty period.
    7. Number of days of are based on estimation only, no compensation of any form will be entertained.
    8. Invisible grille tension strenght will depend on the site condition.
    9. Alignment & Evenness tolerance will be + 10mm.
    10. " MODERNATIVE SOLUTIONS" will not be liable for any form of compensation if any damage
    incurred due to special request.
    11. Position of Installation will be decided once the site visit or survey.
    12. If in case technician finds Granite or Marble cladding the placing of Invisible Grille holding need to be done by the
    client as per marking given from our technician.
    13. If in any case required clients should provide scaffoldings and ladders.
    14. Electric points and electricity supply at the site should be provided by the client.
    15. Apart from Hyderabad region food and accomodation should be taken care by the clients for the technician.
    16. No warrenties are claimed, if installation on any other metal apart from the concrete or wall, Installation is done
    by ground to ceiling only.
