Performance:
• Permanent cold plastic markings
• Permanently elastic, weather resistant
• Resistant to abrasion, aging, road salts and fuels
• Amine pre-activated

Application:
• EAGACOLD 237 is mainly used for 2- component road markings
• It is hardened with dibenzoyl peroxide
• After approx. 20 to 40 minutes, the film is usually tack-free and ready for traffic
• Recommended application temperature is between 5 and 35 °C
• It is used for marking of pedestrian crossings, stop lines and direction arrows
• It is used for safety marking with increased night visibility
• It is suitable for manual application with smoothing trowels or application with draw box units
• Cold plastic materials are usually applied to asphalt and concrete surfaces in layer thickness of 1,5 – 2,5 mm.

Storage:
EAGACOLD 237 should be stored indoor in the original, unopened and undamaged containers in a dry place at storage

temperatures below 25°C. Exposure to sunlight should be avoided

EAGACOLD 237 contains paraffin which tends to float when stored for a long period of time at lower temperatures.

Therefore, the binder must be homogenized before using by stirring.

Stability:
• Under the above mentioned storage condition the stability of EAGACOLD 237 will be 6 months ex-work
