1. Objectives: The test is designed to measure students’ knowledge of
vocabulary and grammar as well as understanding the given tasks.
O1. to put into practice what they have learned;

pronouns;

O4.to identify the correct form of the verb in the Present Simple tense;

The average of the class (8,33) is due to: lack of grammar knowledge, the absence or limited
presence of motivation for the study of the discipline.
3. Frequent mistakes:
lapses in grammatical use;
weak vocabulary;
spelling mistakes.
4. Results’ interpretation:
Following the process of test correcting and grading, it can be concluded that:
Most of the students are able to express likes and dislikes;
Most of the students are able to use correct grammatical structures;
Most of the students are able express oneself correctly in English;
Some of the students are not able to distinguish between the forms of the Present Simple;
Some of the students are not able to specify the correct vocabulary used in context;
Some of the students are not able to express likes and dislikes.
This indicates the fact that the students need more practise with the productive skills,
taking greater attention on grammar which can be obtained both in the classroom, through
more practice, and at home, as homework based on writing tasks covered at school.
5. Psychopedagogic aspects:
Low writing skills;
Difficulty in learning;
Social issues.
6. Remedy plan:
The teacher will approach the students with various writing tasks, which will be
tackled gradually, once having taught several grammar aspects, writing skills improving the
students’ correct spelling and building-up the vocabulary. Written grammar production tasks
will be included more and will cover more time in the following lessons. In addition to this,
during the next lessons, short tasks involving the use of tenses and of vocabulary will also be
included and the students’ performance will be monitored.
The use of adequate methods for different learning styles and stimulating the
students’ interest for English language, through games will also be a factor in teaching future
lessons.
