Exit interviews are to be conducted by an HR Representative on any day in the last four days of
employment with Goldstone.
After the employee has left the organisation, the HR Lead / Head will discuss and verify the
information gathered during the interview with the former employee’s line manager. Copies of the
completed interview will be forwarded for data entry (in Goldstone - HRMS).
