ABOUT US
Essvee Wires India Private Limited is actively engaged in the manufacturing of Enameled
Copper Wires in India. The company deals in products ranging from Enameled Copper
Wires, Bare Copper Wires and Submersible Winding Wires. We use the skilled manpower
and state of the art technology to ensure best quality of end product. We follow rigorous
quality checks at every stage of the winding wire, manufacturing process. With the quality
production and prompt services, we have set a benchmark in quality that is widely
acclaimed in today's market.
INFRASTRUTURE
We have a modern manufacturing facility that makes us capable in accomplishing the entire
production scheduled within the stipulated time period. Our products are manufactured
under a team of experienced professionals and technical personnel. Each process that are
carried out are monitored constantly and are systematically tested at each production stage

Manufacturing includes:
 Drawing process
 Annealing process
i. Horizontal plant
ii. Vertical plant
MANUFACTURING PROCESS
DRAWING PROCESS: CC grade continuous Copper Red of 8mm dia is drawn to the RBD unit
which further reduces it to 2.6mm dia.
ANNEALING PROCESS: After the drawing operation the coils of drawn wire are put in an
electric furnace for getting it annealed to soft wire.
ENAMELLING
Horizontal Plant: The annealed soft wire is enamelled in the horizontal and is spooled into
the spoolers of varying size.
Vertical Plant: The vertical plant also deals with enamelling the copper wire with a coat of
insulating paint. The output is taken to the spooling machine where the super enamelled
copper wire is spooled in different variants ranging from PT15,PT18,PT25 and PT40.

right from procurement of raw materials till final delivery of the consignment.
We have in-house state-of-the-art testing laboratory manned by highly qualified personnel
who conduct vigorous testing, which are at par with the industrial quality standards.

We also manufacture submersible wires. We are equipped with machines that slits the
sheets to required size of wrapping the copper wire, poly-wrapping machine, online baking
machine and modern testing equipments before it is sent for the maintenance process.

copper wires can be directly used for making residential cables.
SUBMERSIBLE WIRES

IMPREGNATING VARNISH

wire is extruted or drawn from oxygen-free copper rod with specification mould, then coated with insulating paint for many times.The product is
widely applied in transformer, electromotors, generators and other similar electrical instruments.
