Sir,
The accused through Counsel submits as
under:-
1- That this is the first regular bail

application of the applicant/accused, prior
to this no Regular bail application is filed,
pending or decided by any competent court of
law.
2- That the accused/ applicant has been falsely

implicated in this case by the police.
3- That the applicant/ accused is innocent and

has committed no offence.
4- That nothing has to be recovered from the

applicant. And a false recovery has been
implanted upon the accused /Applicant by the
police party
5- That the applicant/accused is in judicial

custody, No useful purpose will be served by
keeping the accused behind the bars.
6- That the applicant/accused will not tamper

with the prosecution evidence in case he is
released on bail.
7- That the applicant undertakes to abide all

the conditions imposed by this Hon’ble court.
8- That the applicant undertakes that he will

appear before the Ld. Court on each and every
date.
9- That the applicant undertakes not to leave

India without prior permission of this
Hon’ble court.
It is therefore prayed that the

accused/applicant may kindly be released on
bail in the interest of justice.
