Air
Untuk biaya air kantor, kami mendiskusikan dan memilih golongan industry 4B dan ukuran pipa 3 inchi untuk
pemakaian air PDAM. Untuk setiap bulannya dikenakan biaya administrasi sebesar Rp 10.000 dan daftar
rinciannya sebagai berikut :
Dari tabel diatas, kami asumsikan pemakaian air = 25 m³ dan dikarenakan golongan industri 4B maka biaya = Rp 13.300/
m³. Jadi total biaya pemakaian air = (13.300 x 25) + 10.000 = Rp 342.500/bulan
Selain biaya pemakaian air, PDAM memberikan biaya perawatan saluran air dengan rinciannya sebagai berikut:
Dari tabel diatas, dikarenakan pemilihan saluran air sebesar 3 inchi maka dikenakan biaya Rp 158.500/bulan. Jadi total
keseluruhan = biaya pemakaian air + biaya pemeliharaan = Rp 501.000/bulan
Maka Biaya selama 1 tahun sebesar Rp 6,012,000
