Terms of Payment Initial down payment of $1000 per guitar. Remaining balance due upon completion. All prices are EX WORKS in USD currency; shipping charges are not included.
Return Policy All custom guitars are NON REFUNDABLE. This includes inlay, color, finishes, electronics, binding, wood and hardware. PLEASE NOTE: Cancellation of the order once the build process has begun will result in fees being taken from the deposit depending on how far the guitar has gone into the build process. The amount to be refunded is at the discretion of Xotic.
Initial Here JMR Change of Order Form Policy Any changes made to your order after the deposit is received will be subject to a base fee of $100 plus any additional costs incurred from the change. If the change is an upgrade, the upgrade fee will also be applied. If the change is a downgrade, we WILL NOT issue a refund of the downgraded amount.
