1. LETTER SAMPLE
This is the example of business letter taken from my office. the letter is about give
information regarding salary offers for new employees
2. ANALYSIS
a. Letter’s Layout
First the layout of the letter that I get is modified block style based of the
letter that I have the date the letter was made the position on top left
corner. Have a company letter KOP, date the letter, recipient along with
the job title, contents letter and also include a place for the signature name
of the recipient and company director
b. Part Of Letter
What letter’s part can you find in the letter sample? What letter’s part can
you find in the letter sample

I can find in the letter sample in the form of letter KOP, date of writing
letter. Letter recipient, contents of the letter and signature.

What part is missing or not available?

The parts that are missing from the letter are the letter number,
attachments, opening greetings, closing greetings and copies.

How is the introduction/body/and closing of the letter?

The letter does not have an introduction and a closing, but directly to the
contents of the letter
