V. Operation procedures
A. Gear box oil cleaning
1. Find an easy-to-disassemble ATF cooling fluid tube on the car. Take off the joint. See Fig
1 and Fig 2.
2. Connect the fluid output end of the cooler to the return pipe of the machine while the
fluid input end to the Pressure fluid joint. See Fig 4 and Fig 5.
3. Lift up the car for each power gear is going to be operated.
4. Make sure the tubes are connected correctly and no fluid leaking. Then turn the switch
valve to a (cleaning). Turn off new oil adjusting valve and used fluid adjusting valve by
switching them clockwise.
5. Get to Gear D (note: not necessary to turn on the power of the gear box) and the box
begins to be cleaned. The used fluid pressure meter shows the pressure value of the box.
6. The gear is changed by order and each gear lasts 5-10 seconds.
7. When we are cleaning high-speed gear D, we add fluid at the same time. We make the
car run at 60 km/h and keep it for 5-10 seconds. Then the high-speed gear is cleaned.
8. When all the steps above, we enter the gear box fluid changing part.

3. Start the engine for a while to find the oil flow direction: A or B. See Fig 3
A B
Fig 3
4. Connect the output tube of the cooler to the return one of the machine; input tube to the
pressure fluid tube. See Fig 4, Fig 5.
5. Lift up the car for each power gear is going to be operated. Turn the switch valve to B
(changing). Turn the new fluid adjusting valve and used fluid adjusting valve
anticlockwise till the most point is reached. Connect the power to the cleaner.
6. Start the engine and get to Gear D. The box begins new and used fluid exchange. The
used fluid pressure meter shows the pressure value of the box. Adjust the valves of new
fluid or the used fluid to make the flow speeds equal to each other by observing through
oil windows. Clockwise to slower the speed and increase pressure while anticlockwise
the opposite.
7. The new fluid window shows the tube that new fluid will flow by, while the used fluid
window shows the one that used fluid will flow by.
8. The gear is changed in order and each gear lasts 5-10 seconds.
9. When changing the ATF fluid at high-speed gear D, we must accelerate the car to over 60
km/h.
10. Watch the flow speed and color through used fluid window. Adjust the speed to meet the
fluid demand of the gear box. When the fluid exhausted changes from filthy to the color
of new fluid, the changing is finished. Stop the changer and the car.
11. Restore the fluid tube of the gear box, start engine to gear P, add ATF oil based on the
fluid level. Meanwhile, check all tubes to see if there is any fluid leakage. When the fluid

level is good, drive 1 km and check it again (indispensable).
VI. Notes
1. DO NOT use the cleaner without good understanding of the book. Please follow the
instruction of the book.
2. Only trained and certified staff can use the device.
3. If your car is cold, heat it and change gears before changing ATF oil. Hold each gear for
30 seconds so the oil deposit will be dissolved completely. This will make the oil
changing more thorough.
4. No smoking around the machine
5. Avoid any oil spattering on operators or machines when adding oil to the gear box. If so,
clean it immediately.
If any item on the list is misses, please contact your seller as soon as possible!
