 Material requisition should be raised and sent to procurement team for ordering the required quantities of
Materials.
 Method statement should be prepared and submitted to consultant which explains how the execution is
carried out in site and during which stages of execution the work inspection is raised.
 Material inspection request should be raised after receiving the materials for consultant’s approval.
 Once received enough materials, site execution should be started by coordinating with all other contractor’s for
smooth going of project.
 Consultant should be called for each stage of site execution for their approval and for suggesting changes in
execution.
 Monitoring the progress of the project by comparing with the completion date and address the issues that
delay’s the project.
 Assigning day by day targets to the execution team in order to have a better progress of the project.
