Executive Summary

Schools are underfunded, children need to be trained, some children need more support
than others, some parents require more help than others. Tutoring makes children learn. Padayon's
Fail Me Not gives elementary students a wide variety of learning subjects. Sessions can be set up
as private sessions or students can set up tutoring classes. Private meetings provide comprehensive
individual counseling, but community meetings can also be useful with reduced expense and a
team-based approach encouraged by the company curriculum. For all students, the Systematic
Analysis Framework (SAF) is used by Padayon's Fail Me Not. The purpose of this method is to
allow students to solve their own questions better. This system varies from other tutors whose
primary aim is to answer immediate questions of the student and not to teach the students practical
problem-solving skills for potential applications.
Padayon’s Fail Me Not target to continuously teach, accommodate properly the customer’s
request, and be consistent to the quality of the teaching we provide. Padayon’s Fail Me Not tutors
will be widely available all over the Philippines since we will be teaching online. We can ensure
that we are ready to compete in the mainstream and we will be responsible and stay committed in
any circumstances that may occur during the transaction.

Padayon's Fail Me Not provides a less intimidating approach to tutoring while inspiring
children to see how homework can be enjoyable, offering enjoyable collaborative tutoring lessons
for school-aged children between 6 and 12 years of age. The student-to-student approach helps
students to feel relaxed. Provides programs such as consultations, performance assessments, one-
on-one or small group tutoring sessions, test evaluations, and study skills. Tutoring can be given
at the student's home or online sessions. Weekend appointments are open, no Sunday sessions are
available. Appointments may be taken either by phone or on the Facebook page.

Historical Background
Tutoring has some very strong historical origins, as far back as ancient times. Socrates was
a tutor, and his pupil, Aristotle, was the tutor to Alexander the Great. In turn, tutoring is an
incredibly historic way of studying and teaching. Since ancient times and throughout the 19th
century, academies and schools have developed and flourished, and gradually tutoring has found
its way to the budding Western society. Tutoring can be linked to a personal trainer, but for a mind-
exercise intent. Tutors encourage academic development through knowledge and open doors to a
personal path. Today, the need for tutoring is being used for many reasons, including academic
aid, standardized test training, and greater comprehension. It's beneficial to experience something

Padayon’s Fail Me Not will target 6 to 12 years old customer as their students and their
parents and guardians since that age range is the average age of the elementary students. The
entrepreneurs choose that age range and their parents or guardians because they are the potential
customers who usually spend their time using different social media platform. The used social
media platform to get potential customers are Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Our tutoring
service will assure the parents of the students that their child is in good hands.

Padayon’s Fail Me Not business will be focused on certain strategies that will help our
business in terms of wealth improvements. Our venture is to continuously innovate ideas to create
and produce unique learning activities. Introducing a new distinctive product in the mainstream
can catch the consumer’s attention and it can immediately increase the sales. The entrepreneur
should also observe and do some research to find more enjoyable and new activities to give to the
students but with good quality activities and service compare to other competitors. We can improve
the wealth of our business by committing to the work we have in order to give customers the
quality that they deserve because eventually they will come back to avail the subscription and
enjoy our service.

Me Not is just starting it has the least amount among the other shop. Padayon's Fail Me Not will
concentrate on how to expand the capability of the market to satisfy the community and gather

needs of the consumers giving them assurance with regards to secured and safe transaction.

on social media, but entrepreneurs must pick the best influencer for the business venture. Last but
not least, engaging with clients, if entrepreneurs could reassure or influence clients about the
service, they could also influence other users to apply to the tutorial center.

entrepreneurs. They open and start a small business with their personal investment. To start this
business, the entrepreneurs start with a Php 1,000 budget to buy learning materials from trusted
suppliers who provide us a low and affordable price but high-quality raw learning materials. For
the mean time, Padayon Fail Me Not will not be adding any workers since we are only starting in
the industry and we know that we can still manage the business. But when things became unhandy
we will seek help and be more competitive to other tutor services.

producing high quality services such as fun, enjoyable and child-friendly activities and learning
materials. We will also stay consistent regarding this matters.

Padayon’s Fail Me Not will ensure that the service we provide will be consistent and be
able to ensure the customers that they will go back to our tutoring service. Our service price will
surely range into affordable low price with high quality learning for the customers.
