Administrative functions include the following:

 See and Ensure that health services in the Hospital & Centre operate
efficiently and provide adequate medical care to patients.

medical flagship of the Banarsidas Chandiwala Sewa Smarak Trust Society a
society who are committed for Health and Education. Overall responsibility for
hospital activities and is part of the senior management team, Reporting to the
MD,and the Board Chair,act as Chief operating officer of the hospital and has the
authority and accountable for campus operations. Peer of the administrative
team to provide management services to the Care needers. Responsible for
providing administrative leadership and direction to facets of the operation of
the BCIMS Hospital. In addition, ensure quality of care and cost effective
services; exercise necessary appropriate authority and accountability for the
administration and long range planning of the facility; maintain effective
employee, medical staff ,area relations; and serve as the administration liaison

06). Goodricke Group Hospital ,Aibheel, West Bengal : 1999 to 2001 Senior
Medical Officer & Acting Chief Medical Officer.

 Responsibilities

Chief Medical Officer in Charge of Goodricke Group Hospital, which is the


referral hospital for 38, Tea Garden Hospital of the Goodricke Group Limited
spread over Assam, Mirik Kalimpong, Darjeeling, Lebong, Kurseong and
Jalpaiguri. Overall responsibility for hospital activities and is part of the senior
management team, Reporting to the CMO, and the MD, acting as Chief Executive
officer of the hospital and has the overall authority and accountability. Clinic
administrative work involving IPD, OPD, OT, Diag, Manpower, Inventory, Store
mgt. Running a full fledged DOTS centre for RNTCP (Revised National
Tuberculosis Control Programme, Programme for Malaria and Leprosy in
association With the Govt. and NGO. Responsibilities also include some network
activities which may not be limited to the local hospital, served as the principal
link between the local hospital activities and the community, local board and
medical staff. Dealing with complex situations including strategic thinking,
