1 The Court has read and considered the Motion for Entry of Default Judgment
2 (the “Motion”) by Plaintiff Ubisoft, Inc. (“Ubisoft”).

4 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED:
5
6 1. Defendants must pay to Ubisoft, Inc. the amount of $148,740, an
7 injunction in the form of the Proposed Injunction, and costs in the amount of
8 $4,352.04 constituting:
9
10 (a) Attorneys’ fees for the tasks described totaling $ 143,460.
11
12 (b) Investigative fees for the tasks described totaling $ 5,280.
13
14 2. Defendants Benjamin Ruesink, Dennis Kruk, and Roland-Daniel
15 Soos, and their or each’s officers, employees, agents, representatives, distributors,
16 dealers, members, affiliates, and all persons acting in concert or participation with
17 (collectively, “Defendants”) are permanently enjoined from:
18
19 (i) disrupting or preventing authorized users/players of Tom Clancy’s
20 Rainbow Six: Siege (“R6S”) from actively engaging with and accessing
21 Ubisoft’s dedicated servers (“R6S Servers”), including via a targeted
22 denial-of-service (“DoS attack”) or distributed denial-of-service (“DDoS
23 attack”) (collectively, the “DDoS Services”);

25 (ii) impairing the integrity, availability, or condition of the R6S Servers
26 and networks; and

1 (iii) interfering with Ubisoft’s contracts with players in the United States;
2 and,

4 (iv) inducing or assisting others to violate (i)-(iii) above.

6 3. Defendants must to shut down the DDoS Services, the DDoS
7 Websites (sng.one, r6.support, r6s.support, stressed-stresser-stressing-
8 stressers.com, and r6ddos.com), and any colorable version or copies thereof, and
9 any social networks utilized and operated by Defendants in connection with or
10 associated with the DDoS Services or the DDoS Websites hosted at any domain,
11 address, location, or ISP.

13 4. Defendants and any persons who are, or on notice and upon continued
14 provision of services would be, in active concert or participation with Defendants,
15 including but not limited to the domain name registrars and registries
16 administering, holding, listing, or otherwise having control over the domain name
17 sng.one, r6.support, r6s.support, stressed-stresser-stressing-stressers.com,
18 r6ddos.com or any other domain name used in conjunction with Defendants’
19 infringing activities to transfer such domain name to Ubisoft’s ownership and
20 control, including, inter alia, by changing the registrar of record to the registrar of
21 Ubisoft’s choosing, unless Ubisoft requests that such domain name be held and/or
22 released rather than transferred.
