    Third to Fourth Quarter S.Y. 2020 – 2021

    I. RATIONALE

    Recently, there is a new issued template of summary of grade analysis and classifying
    learners’ grades per learning area. Doing this manually is a bit time-consuming especially if a
    teacher is handling five to eight teaching loads with a minimum of forty-five students.

    With that in mind, since we are already in fast-moving computer-based technology where
    everything can be easily done, teachers should take advantage of this. Hence, with this tool
    modifying the preparation of the said template will help teachers straightforwardly gather the
    data needed from their grades. Moreover, it will also provide an accurate grading reports in
    determining the academic progress of each student.
    II. PURPOSE OF THE ACTIVITY

    The activity aims to:


    1. Provide teachers faster and easier tool to count the data needed on their grades;
    2. Upgrade teacher’s ICT competence; and
    3. Improve the accuracy and timely submission of grading reports and provide means of
    determining the academic progress of each student.

    III. PROJECT DESCRIPTION

    A Focus Group Discussion on the Orientation on the use of the Summary of Grade Analysis
    and Classifying Learners’ Grades Per Learning Area (S.Y. 2020 – 2021) Form will be held on May
    25, 2021 (Tuesday) at 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM via Google Meet.

    This activity will be attended by teachers from Grade 7-10. This will help them improve their
    digital skills in the submission of grading reports.

    This actiivty will help the Science Teachers to achieve the following objectives:
    1. Provide teachers faster and easier tool to count the data needed on their grades;
