    4. The probability that x assumes a value greater than 1, P(x ˃ 1).

    Answers:
    1. P(3) = 1/7
    2. P(3) + P(4) = 1/7 + 2/7 = 3/7
    3. P(2) P(3) = (3/7) (1/7) = 3/49
    4. P(x ˃ 1) = P(2) + P(3) + P(4) = 3/7 + 1/7 + 2/7 = 6/7
    5. P(2 ˂ x ˂ 4) = P(3) = 1/7
